|I am really enjoying doing my family history but have had trouble finding my fathers side (but did). I am researching the names of Crisp (Ok), Hood (MO), Lawson (MO), Stockton (MO, TN, KY), Williams (Ky. Tenn. Va. MO), Blandford and Schmidt. I enjoying taking pictures of stones ( especially the unusual ones) When I take the requested picture, I usually try to do a few around the same area as a just in case they are kin and have found several that were. If I have added any that you would like to add additional information to, just let me know and I would be more than happy to do so or will turn over ownership if it is your family. I really like to see them more personalized rather than just dates off of stones. Happy hunting.|
NOTE: Please do not create duplicate memorials as this just makes a mess out of the cemeteries. First, ask the other submitter for the transfer, if it is family and they won't transfer, send a request to find a grave administators requesting the transfer.
DO NOT TAKE PHOTO'S OFF OF ANY OTHER WEBSITES!!!

Thank you for your msg about his burial. On Moose Roots, it says he is buried in the Orland Catholic Cemetery in Orland, CA. I changed it!

You certainly didn't need to do so, but thanks for the transfer of Matilda and Isaac Pennington. I will add further information to both.
|Andrea Huskey Ellis & Max Hensley||Thank You|
Connie, Thank you so much for the transfers! Justin was a real go getter and very special to us. The Mary you transferred to me was actually his 1st wife, Mary. Off the top of my head I can not remember his 2nd wife Mary's maiden name, we just called her Aunt Mary. Again, Thank you, Max Hensley

Hi Connie, I am hoping that as a Stockton you are related and may be able to help me find Ella Pearl Haney Hutcherson Prince's grave. Ella Pearl is my great grandmother and married James Calvin Hutcherson. She is buried in Carlisle, AR, but there is no record of where that I can find. Any info you have will be appreciated.

Do you have any more info on this grave? Or - are you able to ask the cemetery about it? I'm searching for a Matilda (Gray) Essary Patterson who may have been the mother of Mary L. Patterson. She died before 1860. I may have incorrect info but I think Matilda's maiden name was Gray and she first married an Unknown Essary. She married Thomas Patterson on May 8 1853 in Stone County MO. Thomas had a son from a previous marriage named William who was 11 in the 1860 census. The daughter Mary is not recorded in the census although her birth date is Apr 5 1854. But Mary does appear in the 1870 census listed as age 15 w/ Thomas and his 3rd wife, Atlanta Hunt. This is why I think Matilda may be Mary's mother. Based on Atlanta's previous marriage, she is definitely not the mother of Mary Patterson. Anyway, Matilda does not appear in the 1860 census and Thomas remarries to Atlanta in 1866 in Lawrence, MO. She is 14 years younger than Thomas. I'm wondering if this is the Matilda I'm looking for. Thanks.
