The earth will never be the same again.
Rock, water, tree, iron share this grief
As distant stars participate in pain.
A candle snuffed, a falling star or leaf,
A dolphin death, O this particular loss
Is Heaven-mourned; for if no angel cried,
If this small one was tossed away as dross,
The very galaxies then would have lied.
How shall we sing our love's song now
In this strange land where all are born to die?
Each tree and leaf and star show how
The universe is part of this one cry,
That every life is noted and cherished,
And nothing loved is ever lost or perished.

I am an assistant archivist for Felsted School and we are in the process of preparing a book for publication (to be sold via our webpage for Felstedians and public educational and research interest to order individually) and currently updating our webpage (available for the Felstedians and public educational and research interests)
Query: Pte Stanley Edward Bullock (attended Felsted School 1886 to 1889):
1. Seeking permission tos use your photos of his garve and death reegistration document.
(appropriately credited of course).
I can confirm that this is not a commercial venture, and there will be no profit. Any surplus made will go straight back into the work of the archives, and particularly into our work on improving school and local community understanding of War Memorial matters.
I look forward to your reply upon this request.

Thank you for editing the memorial.
You still need to remove the information regarding WWI Draft Registration ... You have entirely different information for someone else listed in his bio. 2nd request.

OK, will study and advise.

Monica, I just talked to Anne Galloway (Garrett), wife of John Stobo Garrett (b. 1937). She confirms "English Ancestors", p. 643, to the effect that Thomas Gibson Garrett and Stephen Louis Garrett were brothers of Rachel. Consequently, findagrave seems to be in error here, but I haven't studied it enough to suggest corrections.
Referring to Find A Grave 19859656, Stephen Garrett it would seem that Frederick McAlister is not a sibling of Stephen Louis Garrett; he (Stephen) would be Fred's uncle. Do you agree?

I was unable to locate the grave of SP4 Milton Bernard Luster at Fork shoals Baptist Church in Pelzer, SC. Was he interred in an unmarked grave?
