Bio and Links
Bio Photo Thanks to everyone who has ever contacted me concerning any loving memorials that I have placed here. Photos and bio info are welcome, by using the SAC button. I am very grateful for this wonderful free site.

I have spent many years searching records in many places to affirm the postings I have made here on this great website. If you do use my info, please give me credit for my work. My photos may be used by individuals for personal records ONLY, by permission.

Please do not post my photos and bios on virtual entities like facebook, myspace, ancestrydotcom, and others, some of which charge a fee to utilize. Some people have been doing this to me WITHOUT ASKING. I check on this periodically and can request removal by those entities listed above.

Disclaimer; I am not a "Public Member" of ancestrydotcom, so my memorials should not appear there as such.

Lastly, please don't duplicate my original memorials, just SAC names, dates, suggestions, bio's, photos, etc. I am glad to add verifiable info.

Thank you, Joan

Elizabeth Bailey Freeman
Thank you again for all your help.
Where did you get Elizabeth's birth and death dates/places and how did you manage to connect her to her father, Robert Bailey? I'm certainly ready to believe they are connected to my ancestor Russell Freeman. Elizabeth's grandson Hartwell (Russell's son) named one of his own sons Robert Bailey Freeman. Named after Elizabeth Bailey's father? Looks like it, doesn't it?

Hartwell Freeman Sr
Thank you for all the information you have gathered and kindly shared with us. Could you please tell me your sources for his birth date, death date, and death place? Did he actually go to Tennessee after North Carolina? I did find his marriage to Elizabeth Bailey in Virginia and what I hope is his family in the 1790 census in Iredell, NC. I would especially like to know how you connected them to their children so I can prove he is my 5th great grandfather.

Thank you, cousin(?)

Hello Christina, I was wondering if you could tell me if Delbert's wife, Wilma is still living or is she interred in the Stickler cemetery as well. They lived in Centralia. Her 3G Grandfather and my 3G grandfather were brothers. Thanks in advance

My response: I found no record of a Wilma Harper buried at GMP... There's 2 Franks, George, Jalmer and Jerry Harper. I did find that there's a Wilma Harper who is 80+ years old living in Olympia which is a neighboring town that lives on Magnolia Street... might be related but not validated. Good luck!!! Christina

Unity Cemetery
Sorry I'm late about this. The cemetery is between Knob Creek & Bandmill on the old Blankenship land out in the woods. Difficult to find - to many ticks & snakes this time of year.
Not sure if any one put up a new sign or not.

William Dixon
Did this William Dixon leave a will or estate papers? If so, in what county?

Thank you for your help. For some reason that was not among the data bases that were showing up when looking for Lorenzo. I appreciate your help.

67534979 (Lorenzo D. Toney)
Hi, My question about Lorenzo Toney is about whether he was Union or Confederate? The information I find on the Arkansas 1st Infantry Battalion shows it as being Confederate. I am just wanting to verify this and add it to my sources so I would certainly appreciate your help. I don't know if I am just overlooking something or what the problem is. Lorenzo Toney was married to my 3rd half great aunt.

Thank you so much for all the work you do. I know it is not an easy task.
