Sorry Texas Girl, I have no idea as to what might have happened to his memorial.

Hello, I suppose you are right about it having to remain as is. Thanks for responding.
|Carol||Peter Major 1830.1897|
Peter Major is my 2nd great grandfather. I first wanted to thank you for posting the memorial and bio of Peter. I did notice however, that you have his location of death as Monroe County, Ohio. He actually died in Monroe County, IOWA and is buried there in Eslinger Cemetery. Would you be so kind as to either transfer this memorial to me or to correct your memorial to correctly reflect his death location?
Thank you so very much for this and all the other memorials that you maintain.

Would you please remove the headstone photo you put on Isaac Major's memorial. He already has a headstone photo done before yours. Your photo makes 5 - the limit

Hi, I was able to locate the stone for Ellen Scoggin that you put in a photo request for. I have added 2 pics to her page.The stone is very worn and hard to read. It appears the spelling of her last name on the stone is Scoggin. There is also a J.A. Scoggin on the same marker with a birth date of Aug 11,1826 and no death date.Hope this helps.Have a great day!

John Green and Nannie Bailey are my ggrandparents. Thier daughter Florence Tivis married John Henry Morgan which are my grandparents. They are buried in Stephens County, OK.
I live in Texas.
All of your peeps you were looking for in St Thomas Cemetery could not be located. The cemetery is poorly maintained. Completely or partially stones consumed into the earth. I did take a picture of the cemetery yard if you wish to have that let me know

If you would like the Codling's obits let me know and I will scan them and email them to you.
I guess you are checking your messages I don't know since you did not respond to a recent one I sent you. However I discovered some information for you about the Codling marker at the Bridgeport Cemtery in Bridgeport WV. I will post the pictures for you.
The Codlings have one marker with no individual names. Donald and Julia are both buried there. You did not make a "formal" request for Julia's picture but I have her obit and Donalds as well. If julia does not have a memorail page I will make her one and you can request a transfer.
Thier plots are Birch 61 No. 1 and 2. Donald is in one.
I found a marker for Codling in the Birdgeport Cemetery today. However there are no individual names on it or on any markers around it. The office was closed so I could not verify if there are any more Codling's in the cemetary. I can post that marker for you if you wish. It might be a few days before I can go back over and check the cemetery listings.
