My grandmother got me hooked on genealogy and cemeteries when I was 12 and I haven't looked back since! I love photographing grave markers and doing my part to ensure history is not lost forever.|
Please feel free to use the photographs of graves that I have posted! I believe these are meant for everyone to see and claim no ownership over them.
I only transfer ownership of memorials I have marked "not related to me", or of memorials where you are a significantly closer relation to the deceased. I am more than happy to add or correct information posted though!
PLEASE use the edit/suggestions link to send me requests of any kind. Without this info I have to go searching and I get too many requests to do that. Thank you!!
If you have additions/connections/corrections, please be detailed in your suggestion! Give me memorial #'s and your contributor #. Tell me your sources. Say "please". If you're rude or don't give me enough info I'm just going to delete your request.
***PLEASE NOTE: "Real life" is taking up a LOT of my time lately, so please understand if it takes me days, weeks, or even longer to respond to you. Your patience is greatly appreciated!! :)***

Thomas Jefferson Stagner (28123088)and Nancy Allen Shrewsbury (28123027) are the parents of John James Stagner (53505717). As the contributor for John James Stagner has passed I would appreciate it if you could link his # to Thomas and Nancy.
Thank You In Advance

I am a historian working with the Tarrant Alabama Historical Association and am trying to locate the grave of Rev. James Tarrant... He founded (and built) Bethlehem Methodist Church in Hueytown, AL. When he died, he was reported to have been buried at his home place (about 1/2 mile from the church). However the Find-A-Grave record indicates that he is buried at Bethlehem Cemetery in Covington County, AL. (outside of Andalusia ina small town of River Falls)
If I may, can you let me know what documentation exists that shows Rev. Tarrant is buried at Bethlehem in south Alabama? We just can't figure out how he got there...

Correction on Sarah's birth, should read 1865, her parents were Peter & Emily Mottershead of Iowa, my Mother ( still living) is her granddaughter, she is William's daughter, and he died here in Canada 1934. Any help on locating the cemetery where she was buried would be greatly appreciated.
