I am into, my family history. Been doing it for over 20 years.|
I have photographed most if not all of the legible head stones in Pine Hill Cemetery, Rush, N.Y. as of Sept.4th 2013. There were a few that were illegible. I hope others will add the ones to come. I think that everyone should be remembered, if even in a small way.
If anyone finds any errors I have made, please let me know. I will fix it.
The virtual cemeteries for Pine Hill & Avon I have added, are just the memorials I have added. I have also put photos on existing memorials.
If you would like me to transfer a memorial that I have added, to you just ask, Unless it is someone in my family. Or if you have any info you would like me to add, I will be glad to do it.
Also if you would like, any headstone photos I have taken, you are welcome to use them on other sites.
Hope you find who you are looking for.

Yes I am a relative of Grace and I am work on her line through Clyde Steele.
I would be very happy to except management of her memorial
thank you very much

Thanks! I have NO idea how that happened? Wonder if that's one of those glitches after Find A Grave restarted after it's 48 hour hiatus? I had a few memorials disappear that day, the memorial number given to those memorials took me to someone else's memorial. Thanks for letting me know! (I wonder if there are any others out there?)

I was incorrect. Williams is her maiden name. Thanks for catching that. She was the daughter of Cyrus and Emily Williams if you want to add that to her bio. Thanks again.

Evergreen is the successor cemetery to Old Watertown. I believe that the Judds were buried there after the old cemetery was full.
I have no sign of Joel Judd, except the mention in the old Judd/ Skilton records of deaths in Westbury. The notation is that he died of smallpox, this may account for his absence from the Old Watertown cemetery. It seems it was frequently the practice to bury smallpox victims apart from those who died of other causes (were they afraid the other dead might get it?) This may have been the case with Joel, but his burial location is now lost in antiquity. Sorry I can't be of more help.

By the way, your request for Eunice Hickox in Old Watertown probably won't bear any fruit. There is indication of a buried stone beside her husband Ambrose, but the marker is otherwise missing.

Glad you like the photo, but her parents aren't in the Old Watertown cemetery; she is, however, buried with her mother's family. I checked the listing in Hale and find the parents are buried in Evergreen in Watertown. There are no memorials for them, but I will check the cemetery out and see if I can locate and photograph their grave markers.
I see just today you made a photo request for Eunice Clark Hickox... ironic, as I attempted to request a photo as well.
Curious how you might connect to this family.

I finally made it over to Belle Isle again. I was again unable to find the markers.
|Anne Cady||RE: Boileau|
I checked all sides of the marker and there weren't any other names on it. I also saw no other Boileau's in the area.

I added the pic for Stephan and also one for his wife Florence, who is buried beside him.
