Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have had a life-long interest in genealogy and have been actively researching for more than 55 years.

I grew up in the northern Maine town of Caribou and, after graduation from the University of Maine, enjoyed a 24 year Army career in Aviation and Special Operations.

Betty (LUKE) and I married at Fort Rucker, Alabama and served in Germany, Korea, and at numerous U.S. posts. Additionally, I served in Vietnam and numerous short tours to the Middle East, Central and South America and the Horn of Africa.

Our son, Chris was born during an assignment to Germany and daughter Shari was born during our Korean assignment.

Retiring from the service in 1991; I was then employed in the homebuilding business as General Manager for three homebuilding companies before retiring in 2009.

Anyone may use the photos I have posted at FAG or at my site. Many of them have been provided to me by other people. I acknowledge the actual owners when I post and I ask that you extend the same courtesy if you use the photos yourselves.

Thank you for all the links. The work you do on the Noyes family is great. I have been looking for Pelham Noyes Sr. but have not found him.

Oneida Community
There are many unanswered questions I have about the Oneida community, I don't live that far from the mansion house and I've been diligently trying to find more information, if you know anything about them and your relatives, and have enough time, would you be willing to answer a few questions I have sometime? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Your most welcome. Trying to remember that, "It's great to look to the future, but never to forget our past, for it was they who paved the way for us to be here today." I believe in trying to fill gaps in anyway possible.

Deacon Francis Chase #35958150
Hi! Paul, From one Vet to another, Thank you, for serving also. My husband retired from the Navy as an E-6, I was discharged after I became pregnant.
Francis is my husband's 6th Great-Grand-Uncle. Francis's brother, Amos is his 6th Great-Grandfather. Do you happen to know what the inscription is on the bottom of the marker. I can't make it out in the photo you posted. We appreciate you creating the memorial. Are you related to Francis or Amos? Hope to hear from you.
