To date, I've photographed 73 cemeteries (100%, not just a few markers) in several states and added the missing memorials to FAG. It's been rewarding and interesting.|
My genealogy research started with traveling to and digging through dusty courthouse records all over the country. Even today, there's a lot of great info in courthouses that you still can't find on the Internet (where do you think the Internet sources came from?)
My on-line experience started with dial-up 1200 baud modem BBS's like Genie, USENET, and CompuServe before there even was a WWW. It was a great and friendly place. Everyone had to obtain a certain level of expertise just to get connected and that made us all the better for it.
Rudeness and bad behavior will not be tolerated. This is a volunteer site and a hobby. If you're wound so tight that you get upset and rude with other users or take advantage of people, you need to go somewhere else. I will have nothing further to do with you and you will receive zero help from me in the future.
