|I live in Mount Union, Pa. I am a volunteer researcher at the Huntingdon County Historical Society. My interest is in photographing the local cemeteries and preserving the records while the tombstone are still legible. I will transfer any memorials that are not my direct family lines. I will also add bios or links if you would rather just send them to me.|

Thank you for transferring the McMullens, and thank you for the work you've done.

You may wish to add the photo for James Howe (133847239) of the tombstone that you have posted on his wife Laura's memorial which has both of them.

I'm very curious about the Picture of the headstone for Betty Hall Bert in Pa. Was this just a nice random pic, or, is this relation to you? If my 3 day ancestry search is serving well, This is my great aunt, my grandmother s older sister. Who I believe died in a fire. I'm sure to the bone, my grandmother was the only one of her parents children to have children, which resulted in only my brother and me. I also believe I'm the only Granddaughter, Great Granddaughter and Great Great, Granddaughter. My Great Grandfather was J.Herbet Hall (Wife Adda Moore) an Architect in Huntingdon, Pa. Also a coach in 1902 for Annapolis Naval Academy Row Team, And my Great Great Grandfather was Josiah Hall (Wife Viana Numer)

Thank you for taking the time to visit and record this gravesite. George and Barbara Harven were the parents of my uncle, Stephen A. Harven, and Andrew was his brother. We cremated my mother's sister, who was married to Stephen, today. My cousins don't know any details of the family life in Mt. Union so you have given us a gift of tremendous value.
|Jim Corbin||RE: Holy Cross Cemetery|
I didn't know that was a separate cemetery within a cemetery. Sorry. I would say most people don't know that. Believe most people would just look for Riverview. I'll have to keep that in mind. Thanks.
|Jim Corbin||Riverview Cemetery, Huntingdon|
It is confusing by labeling some of the people buried in the Riverview Cemetery in Huntingdon as being buried in the Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery. Use Riverview Cemetery as where buried but refer to the section they are buried in as the Holy Cross Catholic section of the cemetery. Not sure if anyone knows Riverview Cemetery by any other name. Thanks, Jim
|Jackie Richardson Eoff||THANK YOU!!!|
Thank you so very much for taking and uploading the photos of John and Barbara Richardsons headstones! I live in Texas. I was in Pennsylvania last month for just a couple of days and I went to Riverview Cemetery and tried to find their graves. I have a bad back though and had to quit before I found them! It means so much to me to have the pictures. Thank you so much!

Thank you for the photos of the Rumsposrt's gravestones (John, Helen, & Bertha) that you added to their memorials. These pictures really add to their memorials here on DAG.
Thank you again!
