I have been doing my family and my husband's family reaearch since 2008. I would love to hear from anyone who has connections. The surnames I am researching include, Bruman, Houck, Knoche, Lange, Grobbel, Dice, Howe, Seasons, and Collins. Locations include Detroit, Warren, Centerline, Lapeer, North Branch, Burnside, Five Lakes, and Kings Mill in Michigan, McLeod County in Minnesota, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania and North Adams, Massachusetts.|
I have established many memorial pages as I learn the burial sites. If I have established a memorial page for someone who is dear to you, please let me know and I will do a transfer. I am not related to anyone in Tennessee, so I am willing to transfer any Tennessee memorials. Please make your request through the edit tab.
Although Find a Grave allows records such as death certificates or military documents to be uploaded on the memorial pages, I would prefer you not upload them if they are findable online. It is important to leave that space available for items like photos of the person and their marker. The information found on these documents can be summarized in the biography. It is nice to open a memorial and find a cemetery photo, marker photo, or even a personal picture. I feel like I am actually virtually visiting the final resting place.

Thank you. Yes, I see the dates are difficult to read. I know it is hard to get good pictures of older tombstones.
|Glenda Rowland||Nellie Roland|
You sent me a message regarding the memorial for Nellie Roland 77212315 that you would add a tombstone picture. The duplicate memorial has been deleted. You can add yours now. Thank you for your work. Glenda Rowland
|Tom Wolfe||RE: Slenker Photo|
First time user. We were with friends looking for a "Ghost Town" of Alvira, PA. Found it and the cemetery where we also found the Slenker tombstone. Just last week I got the Find A Grave mobile app and decided to use it to see if we could find the name of the cemetery. Guess what - we found it, and also saw there was a request to get a photo of the Slenker tombstone. Just happened we were walking by it when I was demonstrating how the app worked. Amazing experience!!
thank you louise for the really nice pic. your efforts are much appreciated.

Thanks for contacting me. Yes, I too have seen the information submitted at the site regarding Jacob's mother. While this is my direct line, I am ashamed to admit that I have not done much detailed research. I do have a copy of Conrad Hartung's will, and while his daughter Anna Barbara is mentioned, it does not mention her surname.
I have not been able to locate a will or a marriage for George Ranck.

Sorry for the lateness of this note. Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated you taking the time to find her marker. Thanks again. Kim

It would mean a lot to me if you would transfer my brother's Find A Grave to me. Thank you.

I am aware, Note: Maiden name from D. Cert. son George is Forchoke(hand written) on son David it is spelled Forepaugh (typed) both may be wrong, still searching. On Find A Grave there are not many names spelled Forepaugh, just 3, none shown on Gravestones.
Neither are listed in History of Cumberland or Franklin Counties, Found 1 spelling Forcheck in Indiana Co. Pa., 3 Feorchak (czechoslovakia) in Allegheny Co. Pa. Still searching.
