Bio and Links
Bio Photo We try to photograph entire cemeteries. Often when on vacation we will photograph, therefore you may see our photos have been taken in many different areas of the the country.

Under no circumstances do we link to burial unknown, link to duplicates, or allow our photos to be added to duplicates. Any use of our photos on other memorials on Find A Grave will be reported to administration.

Transfers are generally per Find A Grave guidelines. There are always exceptions within reason. No mass transfers.

Please use the edit function on the memorials, for links, dates etc. Edits/requests on the message board will be ignored.

We may ask for documentation, don't take it personally, but with so many sending edits we try to stay as accurate as possible.

I borrowed this from another member, and I could not have stated it better. " The first memorial created in the correct cemetery (NOT as a burial unknown memorial) is the permanent memorial. Date of creation is not considered when comparing a memorial created correctly, in a verified cemetery, and one created as "burial unknown.

**When notified FAG will always remove/merge a burial unknown moved into a cemetery where a grave has been verified. "

I love a clean edit box, I can't help my self. It is the one and only tidy part of life, my edits on F.A.G.:)

Please do not post edits and links on the message board. If you are unsure how to use the edit on the memorials, ask I will gladly help you.

Ok, this makes sense to wait.

I've sent a request for the Martin Find A Grave burial memorials to be corrected.

I will follow up if that happens. Then perhaps we can consider the links.

Kind Regards,
Doug Walser

Hi Scout,
Thank you for pointing that out to me. Unfortunate for me, I was un-aware of that rule.

I will have to ask F.A.G. if I sponsor a burial, if I could do that? Hmmm? I have some work to do then.
It will take a bit of time but no problem.

For me, it was important at first to keep track of my relatives as I link them. Now that I've mostly accomplished that, I can remove any non photo type of .jpg's - no worries.

If you could approve the Rose and Anthony Martin link requests, I've sent, I would appreciate it.

Again, thanks for pointing this out and thanks for all of your efforts,

Kind regards,
Doug Walser

I am finding in Saint Mary's which is an old catholic Cemetery that there are unrelated people buried with a family. I think that what happened as it is from the 1920's that a lot of them came to work in the mills and had no family here.

RE: Otto Stahl
Thanks so much!
I had not had time to track down & photograph all my family in Riverside, so appreciate all your hard work. I saw that you had tombstone pictures of my cousins (Myrene & Beverly), who were Otto's daughters so I just added their memorials. Could you add tombstone photos to them as well? Myrene Stahl Slabaugh #155425986 and Beverly Stahl Panczak #155426042. I also have obits for both I will add as well.

Thanks for the "heads-up" on my Great-Uncle's memorial. I believe I had seen the other one, but because dates did not match assumed it was a different person. My Stahl ancestors were a prolific bunch, so many babies did not survive long & sometimes names were re-used. Also, apparently not all the Stahls around here were related. I may try to ask for transfer of management as you suggested, but have not always had good luck with that process. Keep up the good work!

RE: How About This
One of my the things I'm very passionate about is the Veteran markers, they get over grown a lot and I have uncovered quite a few of them.

RE: How About This
I know I've made a few errors, but I always correct them, and I use the Historical cemetery data base to check for dates etc.. I don't know how many times I've gone back and checked something.
