|Richard Wright||RE: Clara Wright|
Her death certificate says Henry Jones was her father and Sallie (Sarah) Hayre as her mother. That information is only as good as the person giving it and we have access to facts that were not easily available at the time she passed away (1927).
|Richard Wright||RE: Clara wife of George G Wright|
In the 1850 census, Clara Virginia was listed as a Hare five years old, she was born in 1845. At that time there was no Henry Jones in the picture. Later, her mother must have married Henry Jones, but I can find no information on him anywhere. So, I have used the Hare name since I really don't know who her father was.

|Richard Wright||Wright Family|
The New Jersey town I misspelled, should be Belvidere, NJ.
|Richard Wright||RE: Wright ancestry|
Thank you for your note. Regretfully, I have not been able to find any information that can be proved beyond John Wright. Rocky's great-grandfather Alonzo R. Wright and my great-grandfather George G. were brothers, sons of John and Effa Read/Reed Wright. A daughter of George G. said that the Wrights were from Wales, but again no proof. I am not very good at deciphering the census information for those years before 1850, and have thus been "against a stone wall" so to speak. On person that has done a lot of research is Blendia Nawrocki who lives in Belevidere, NJ and married a descendant of Charles Wright, son of John and Effa Wright, but her husband was killed in an auto accident leaving her with three sons. John and Effa Wright lived in Belevidere, NJ where they had their family, the for some unknown reason moved to New Castle (town) in New Castle (county), DE about the time of the Civil War. She did a lot of research on the Wright family, and put up a website "John Wright Family". Much of the information on that site, I provided to her. I haven't heard from her for some time, so not sure if she has done anything on the family recently. Well, this is a beginning, let me know what you want to pursue.
Beth I was wondering if you happen to see any Chamberlain or Chamberlin in the Rowlands Cemetery when you where there?

|Carol Chan||James Henry Stillwell|
Check out his Memorial. This funeral card was recently found in my Grandfather Joseph Errickson's house in Adelphia, NJ.
James Henry Stillwell was a brother of my 3rd Great Grandfather Joseph Stillwell, 1813- 1859.
Are you a direct line descendant of James? If so, I will happily send you a copy of this.
