duplicate cemeteries
Hi Janine,
You have been kind enough to upload information for an "Armor Family Cemetery" in Benton County, MS that seems to be a duplicate of the "Armor Cemetery listed in Tippah County. You do list a couple more interments. Here is a very long link to the other cemetery:
http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&GSln=Armor&GSiman=1&GScid=2187267&CRid=2187267&pt=Armor%20Cemetery&

It's got pictures and bios (most of which I added) but they are the same people. How does one even fix that?
Thanks.

McMillan Mcquiston
grave hugh McMillan, your name McQuiston...so here goes, David McMillan age 70 and wife Mary age 70 on the jane arrived with James McMillan age 34, and Ann (reeves) Mcmillan and 3 children on the Jane Nov 1820...James died in us May 14 1821, Ann Reeves McMillan came to TX with her children, and we are assuming a relationship with Edward McMillan, cant find him but believed to be brother or relative to James. He also came to TX and married Marjorie Ann McQuiston. The Jane made port in NC. These were from Antrim Ireland. Can not find grave or information on James burial place Ann gave birth to George 25 June 1821 Charleston S. C. She was pregnant on the jane it would seem that she was 7 mos pregnant with george when landing. Edward fought at battle of San Jacinto and also is recorded surveying 14 MAY 1821 Land in TX. Edward and Ann Marjorie Mccuiston b in Coffee Tennessee father Robert Newton Mcquiston (of Guilford NC) mother Elizabeth McQuirter. HIS father was Thomas McQuiston of Ireland. does any of this match with any thing you may have in your own tree? We are looking for Edwards link (something we can really document) I Majorie Ann is related to you...she died quite unusually in TX a panther attacked her horse and wagon and she also was attacked. there is an historical marker for the doctor that treated her as his second patient.

Burnside Cemetery
Janine,
I noticed you added the memorials to Burnside Cem. I also added Newton D. Burnside per his obit.
Do I have the correct cemetery, since there are three in the same community.

Gipson T. McMillan
Janine,

I have written a WWII history about G Company, 35th Regiment, U.S. 25th Infantry Division and the Luzon Campaign in the Philippines, 1945. The book is called "Sgt. Roach's Story" and it is dedicated to Medic Pfc. Gipson T. McMillan, who is buried in the Holy Rosary Church Cemetery near Philadelphia, Mississippi. He was killed trying to rescue his wounded comrades. I would like to give a copy of the book to his family and tell them how he died. (The Nashoba Democrat account on his Find-a-grave page is incorrect. He was never in Europe). Would you know how I could best contact his family and/or relatives? I can be contacted at 1N567 Golf View Lane, Winfield, IL 60190, 717-802-2109, PerryEdwinBall2012@gmail.com.

Wilson and Rhoda Baldwin
You show Rhoda and Wilson Baldwin as being buried at Early Grove Cemetery, but did not provide any dates. On what basis do you have them buried at this location? Thank you.

RE: ?? Zissman Tumbstone
I actually have been working on this stone and I am confident it belong to Relia Zissman (wife of Hirsch Zissman who died in 1929. I can't make out every word of the Hebrew but this is what it says: A woman ? and important Relie Zissman daughter of Mordechai passed away 24 day of the month of Shvat 5689.
(Note, the Yiddish spelling of her name, transliterated spelles Relie, but I have seen her name in English spelled Relia in various death indexes. Her obituary from the Times Picayune also spelled it Relia. Feel free to update the profile. Best regards,
Smadar

?? Zissman Tumbstone
Hi,
I see that you added a photo for ?? Zissman. It's in Hebrew and I would probably be able to make out the name, but the resolution of the photo is very low. Do you by chance still have the original photo possibly in higher resolution? I am researching this family and would love to be able to read the stone.
Thanks,
Smadar Belkind Gerson.
