Bio and Links
Bio Photo I, along with several other cousins, have been working on our "Hutchinson Family Tree" for several years. My main reason for working on my family tree was my interest in the Civil War and my relatives who fought and/or were involved in the war. This interest was ignited in college by a professor who is now a well known writer and expert on the Civil War. Guess this interest in the Civil War is understandable being born and raised in Virginia and having a strong Southern mother was from a small town in western Arkansas (Mena, in Polk county) and my father was a farm boy from southern Virginian (White Stone, in Lancaster county). After working on my family tree, this interest is still strong, but now partnered with finding as much as I can about all my family members.
I look at my family tree as an initial effort or road map for other family members who might want to see where they came from.

Wilson Family Cemetery
Hi Ken,
I saw that you have photo requests for this cemetery. Would you be able to find an address or crossroads for the cemetery? The F.A.G. address is simply Arcola, Loudoun Co. but I can't find it on any maps. There is a Wilson Family Cemetery in Middleburg, but that's 12 or so miles away.

RE: Photo request for Jennie Anderson Wilson
I contacted the person who created the memorial.
He said "the information is from her District of Columbia death certificate and articles pertaining to the accident that caused her death" and that it is suggested by some of the evidence that her name is Virginia and that Jennie is a nickname.

Photo request for Jennie Anderson Wilson
Hi Ken,
I checked with the Chestnut Grove Cemetery office and they have no record of Jennie Wilson being buried there. I checked all sides of her husband's monument and his name is the only one engraved.
We were wondering if she could have possibly remarried after Williams death and have a different last name.

Of course I was happy to take the picture. It was in the course of a trial survey of one complete section of the park to add records and to add plot locations/and/or gps locations for both the new and the existing records, using the findagrave mobile app.AlPol

RE: JQ Hutchinson's booklet
It's a privilege. I believe he would have wanted the booklet distributed to as many members of the family as possible. I will send the file, when I have finished, to the email on your Find-a-Grave page.

JQ Hutchinson's booklet
Ken, I am in the process of scanning John Quincy Hutchinson's booklet of the family tree. Would you like a pdf file of it when I have finished, or do you already own a copy?
