I'm happy to transfer memorials to relatives upon request - please make sure you send your F-a-G number with your request.|
If you have a correction, additional information or an obituary or bio, send it along and I'll add it to the memorial.
If you have a complaint, be nice and I'll address it as soon as humanly possible.
I ADHERE TO FAG POLICY ON TRANSFERS: Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Any non-direct relatives (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) are not required to be transferred. Keep in mind that the original contributor may also be related to the memorial and may not make the transfer.
NOTE: I have no relationship to 99.99% of the memorials I create -- if you are related, let me know and ask for a transfer - I'll be happy to do so.
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT POST EDITS ON THIS PAGE. IF YOU HAVE AN EDIT YOU'D LIKE ON A MEMORIAL, USE THE EDIT TAB WITHIN THE MEMORIAL. AS OF 7/1/2013, I WILL DELETE ANY MESSAGES HERE REQUESTING EDITS OR TRANSFERS. SEND YOUR EDIT REQUESTS THROUGH THE INDIVIDUAL MEMORIAL IF YOU WANT IT DONE.

Working on deletion of duplicate memorial. I have send edits to the other memorial holder to make it the same as mine but with his notes also in the bio section. Mine should be gone soon, it all depends on ancestry.
Thank you imagal49,
I appreciate your information. Always happy to add something to the database.
I did make some adjustments to Dorthy's file (119947316), the "d/George Hinderman & Barbara Theresa Rauscher", didn't quite line up well with Dorthy's birth year or location. The marriage record between Earl Elgin & Dorothy shows her age as 23 in Jan 1937 which would make her birth year 1914, close, address of E 93rd, so not totally impossible. I did some digging and found Dorothy in the 1930 us census living with John Hinderman & Fannie in Parma, which would be consistent with graduating from Parma High School.
Anytime you would like to share information please do. let me know if I'm getting it wrong.

Thanks ever so much for your suggestion. The lat/long was automatically supplied by Find A Grave, and I'm dismayed that it was placed in the wrong part of the state--even though the township is on a dropdown list.
I found and entered lat/long for the township and placed a note to that effect in the description.
Corrections always welcome. Best wishes with your research.

I talked to Mary's grandson today and I now have the story about why she shows up in two different cemeteries. Another grandson is afraid that the cemetery where she is buried will not be carried for in the future ... so he had her stone moved to Odd Fellows Cemetery in Baxter to be with the rest of the family. So, her stone is there ... but not her body. Confusion and problem solved.

Actually i am not either she was a Aunt of my gr uncles wife whom I was very close to. I am also old so if there are people interested I am willing to let go. I do not need the number of memorials- for me thats not what its about its helping others trying to research- these memorials when linked can give a lot of free info- That is what I love about findagrave- Karen
Good morning! You made me smile today. I am linked to the Morehouse Family in Michigan and have traced the family back to Daniel and Olive in NY, they had twelve children and those children traveled west thru Ohio to Michigan and IL. Always fun to see what towns the siblings settled in and link them. Happy hunting while the snow is falling. RLE

I have a memorial for her at Woodlawn Cemetery in Miami Memorial no.141590455 - You acquired her set up a Miami City Cemetery - So I can delete mine if you transfer to the correct cemetery. I have already posted the photo to yours.

I am good for now. Her death certificate says she is buried in the "Jones" cemetery (Silver Point), which is the THIRD possible cemetery. At this point, your entry is the best and leave it until I can find something that is definite. I have contact with two of her grandsons, so maybe they will know for sure if they were at her funeral. As you know, sometimes the body is moved ... especially if the first cemetery is not maintained ... so, you may be correct. Thanks and keep up the good work!
