Bio and Links
Bio Photo I will be out of town & away from my computer for the entire month of June 2015 for an extended vacation, so please be patient with edits, as I will not be able to attend to them until July. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I will only be back for approx. 10 days in July (not consecutive) so please be patient with me. When I go on vacation I mean a "true" vacation (away from all electronic devices).

1Lt William W. Bonner
1Lt William W. Bonner was lost on D-Day of the invasion of Sicily: 10 July 1943. His body was never accounted for and his name is inscribed on the Wall of Missing of the Carthage Cemetery in Tunis, North Africa

I have just finished (10 July 2015) the project "They stayed behind", the story of the temporary American GELA Cemetery on Sicily, where over 1,200 men and women have been buried between July 1943 and April 1947.

It is available on DVD. I have added a chapter "missing in action". You took a picture of the Wall of Missing and I would like to ask your permission to use the picture you took on my DVD. Of course you will be credited

thank you

Transfer his memorial to me
Hello.

King Turpin was my great grandfather and I knew a great deal about him and his life so I am requesting you to transfer his memorial over to me as soon as possible. In fact, there was an insufficent information about him and I intend to add alot of members to his memorial. Many thanks and I look forward to hearing from you very soon. Have a great day.

Orville E. Newman
Hello Pat,
Excuse the previous non message, I hit the wrong key. Orville E. Newman's (#96679128) wife is Elaine Gertrude Nighbert Newman #103749099. Maybe you and Kathy Neal King would be able to put these two together. I don't know why they are in separate cemeteries.

Thank you,
Judy Nighbert Newman
