I've been involved in Chapman genealogy for some 30 years. My initiation into anything that resembles organized genealogy was due to Gil Alford who started a newsletter ("Chapman Chatter") which eventually led to the Chapman Family Association (www.chapmanfamilies.org). I continue to be involved with this organization, currently as it's President. We encourage any with Chapman ancestry to make contact.|
Most of my efforts are devoted to the SW MO & a bit of N.W. AR, N.E. OK & S.E. KS cemeteries. I encourage contact, corrections & comments & am pleased to transfer to family members. If you have a better photo, go ahead & post but let me know so I can delete mine.

I just found a baby buried at the Puerto Rico National Cemetery in Bayamon, Puerto Rico and, looking for his parents, found that you are the manager of both his parents memorials, transferred to you from a lady graver named Deb. Their memorials are #21463889 and #21463891, and the baby's memorial is #3229469.
Are you related to any of them?

Hello Mr. Chapman, I am related to the Sweet family and was wondering if you are as well. If not, could you please transfer to me as I am working diligently on this. If you are then great! Any information would be greatly appreciated.
My mother died when I was 6 years old and so I am very interested in family and history and all. I am a pretty good researcher and try to find actual documents as a source as there are so many mistakes by people who add information in Ancestry.
Here is how I am related:
Leander M Sweet (1822 - ) - I am looking for information on him, etc.
