How does the other, younger Edwin fit into the family tree?

I'm confused by the two headstones. And could you tell me where you got the picture of Edwin? He is my maternal great-great grandfather. If you have any other info it would be appreciated!

Alma was a homemaker and enjoyed bowling. She was of the Protestant faith.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Merigale Jeffrey and one sister, Maris Knight.
Survivors include two sons and a daughter-in-law; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and two nephews.
