Bio and Links
Bio Photo I try to update edits at least once a week, so please don't freak on me if I don't make a change in a day or two. I seldom respond back after an edit, because I would be on the computer all day.

Also, I FINALLY figured out how to apply the automatic edits people request. I had 150 waiting for approval and I didn't know they were there. So if you sent something to me a long time ago and got no response, that is why. There was no email sent to me, so I didn't know they were waiting approval. Ding Dong, the light is on now.

I only link to original memorials, so if you duplicated someone else's memorial, I won't link to yours. I dislike the practice of duplicating memorials. Sometimes it is an accident. I have accidentally duplicated before, but some people do it on purpose in order to control the memorial. I won't link to those. There are protocols to get a memorial transferred to you of the owner is no longer active, it may take a couple weeks, but it is possible. So don't duplicate.

I record what I can when I can because I believe in promoting access to free genealogy resources. If you find a mistake I will be happy to correct it.

Please keep requests within the Findagrave transfer policy... namely parents, siblings, grand & great grandparents or 1st generation aunts & uncles. On occasion I will transfer cousins and EXTREMELY close friends.

RE: Walter Foster Transfer
I would like to thank you for being so prompt with the transfer of Walter. I appreciate it very much that you are willing to do transfers and not keep them all to yourself like some others do.
Thank you for all your hard work on Find A Grave.

Could add that my Dad was married to my mom Ella Mae (Roach) Garland (#134421925) on June 25, 1953 till their divorce in 1978? Dad then married Kitty Karene Grocott Garland.

Thank you,

William H Coffin - Riverside Cemetery
I do not believe the family listed belongs to this man. Graves around his point to another patriarch and siblings.

William H Coffin (1829 - 1883) md. Melvina Lunt
Chn: Almira (1852-1869), Alfreda (1857-1879), Benjamin (1860-1936) and Willard H (1862-1931)

Willard married Mary Strout and they had a son William who died as an infant - he is the Willie on the gravestone in the same plot. He had a son named Archie(1901-1968)also in the same plot, and son Jabez(wife Elmyra (Myra) buried in the same cemetery. His brother Benjamin (1860 -1938) and his wife Elnora are buried in the next plot.

Transfer
Leonard C. Huff (#34594342) is my paternal great grandfather.
I am researching the Lone Oak Cemetery near Luling, TX where he and other family members are buried. It would be most appreciated if you would transfer his record to my keeping. I have much information I can add. Thank You...

Helen Louise Corlee
Helen Louise Corlee (El Reno Ok Cemetery) was a cousin of my Dad's, Lloyd Corlee. He was about the same age as Helen and they were close. She contracted Scarlet Fever and her house was placed on quaranteen. My Dad remembers talking to her through a closed window while standing on her porch. When she died, he remembers his parents trying to explain why he would never see her again. This was his first experience with death.

You may add this to her memorial if you want so people will know why she died so young.
