|Rebecca Boardman||Changing an automated edit|
Here are the steps to correct an automated editing error or when you wish to add more to an automated edit.
Go back to that memorial. (Always write down the memorial number so you can easily find it again.)
Click edit tab.
Click the one you wish to correct. Because you already have sent an edit there is an edit pending message. Click on the underlined words "Pending Edits page."
Find the edit you wish to change. Click the X on the right of that edit. It will disappear.
If you have left other edits for that same memorial you can get back to that it by clicking on the name in your edit file. If not go to "Begin New Search" and enter only the memorial number. No other information is needed. That will take you to the memorial.
Now using the edit tab enter the correct information.
I wish FindaGrave would let us edit our automated edits without having to completely delete them. But they don't. I also wish we each had direct access to all of pending automatic edits that we have sent. They are already filed under each contributors user name so it seems like it would be easy to add a tab on our bio page so we can easily get to our whole list of pending edits.

I manage this memorial and I am requesting that you delete that record. Findagrave only allows a few photos to be posted on each memorial. If you fill it with records then other people will not be able to post family photos.
Martin, you have a birth date for her that does not agree with her marker. What is your source, please?

I stumbled across your memorial for Hugh. The Myrtle N. you mention was a Hale. I know because she is a relative of mine. She was born May 16 1884 and died March 4 1961. If you want anymore information, feel free to contact me.

Martin, I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. My mother in law has recently passed away and my wife in is charge of the estate. As a result I have not been checking my computer for quite some time. I downloaded picasa, re entered the doyle headstone but do not believe I am doing something right yet. As I am limited in my awareness of pixel size, (my computer will not upload a photo unless it is smaller on the programs I have used in the past)I am hoping my son will be here Friday and can lead me through whatever I have missed. I will try again tomorrow, and hope to get it right as I won't be on the computer for quite a while. Thank you for your input and efforts to help me improve the photos.
The quality of this photo is poor, but it appears to shows the names as follows; Martha Y 1918-1945,
Dixie L 1940-1945, Annie V, 1941-1945, Rosalie M 1942-1945,and Judy L 1944-1945. I will post this on the memorial page as well.

Martin - Thank you so very much for adding the obituary and death certificate for Richard A. Schoenborn. It was really a nice surprise! I will try and update his memorial and add the rest of his family.

If it is a correction or link that can be updated through the automatic edit system, then please submit your suggestion that way. I only have time to go through so many emails a day, and that automatic feature saves me literally 40 or more emails per day.
I understand the memory loss conundrum. I care for my grandmother with dementia and it is a full-time job in itself to keep her healthy and on track. That is where most of my time is spent... remembering to remember to remind grandma of things. Yikes.

only taking pictures of markers in the 2 military sections of cemetery. not doing genealogy research on those buried there.
will add to any memorial I have created (i.e. - dates, locations and family connections) from anyone who wants to send the additional info.

You are welcome. I am always happy when a family member contacts me about one of the graves in Taft Cemetery
