I grew up in Freeport, Stearns, Minnesota and attended Sacred Heart school and church.|
I have been doing genealogy on and off for over 25 years now.
Beuning in German church records was Bäuning and also Bohning. Two of my great grandfather's brothers changed their names to Benning.
Herman Benning of Cincinnati and Henry Benning of Liverpool, England.
Beuning and Bäuning are both pronounced "Boy-ning".
Other families I research are Bergheh, Pieper, Klein, Michael, Wahls, Berscheid/Berscheit, Pluth, Ostendorf, Woeste, Deters, Schmiesing, Marbach, Peschel, Beste, Dünnebacke, Westbreck/Westbrock, Boecker, and Stoerman.
If there is a record I have entered and you have a stronger relation to that person than me I will transfer to you. Just ask. If I enter someone that is not related to me I will always transfer upon request.

Do you receive this message privately or is it visible for all people?
|Ferdinand Bäuning||Bäuning in Germany|
My name is Ferdinand Bäuning and was born in Dinklage in 1955. My grandpatents are Josef and Josefa Bäuning. They have 12 children and meanwhile we know that all people with the name Bäuning and living in Germany are related to each other.
I remember that in 1981 Dr. John Beuning was in Dinklage and Lower Saxony and have had some meetings with my father (Hermann Bäuning 1925 - 2011). They talked about the genealogy of the familiy Bäuning. I'm sure that a lot of documents are in hands of my mother. I will visit her on Christmas and can take the documents and scan this. Are you interested in this papers?

|Tina ||Koopmeiner's at Sacred Heart Cemetery|
Ken, I noticed that you have added several of my family member's in the last few months...the Koopmeiner's. I am curious to know if they appear to all be in one area or if they are scattered throughout. It looks like they all have the same type of headstone. If they are all in one area, I think it would be neat to see a pic of all of them standing side by side from a distance. I can't tell if Gesina Koopmeiners stone is like all the others, but it appears to be. Do you by chance have a full view of her stone? Thank you! Tina

Henry Wahls (115802604)is my great great grandfather. If this is more direct than your relationship would you transfer him to me please?
I did link him with his daughter Elizabeth U Wahls and added his wife, Mary Christina Albers Wahls.
|Beverly Lanning Poole||Anthony Beste|
Good Afternoon, Ken,
I have added the information you provided for Mr. Beste's parents and also transferred his page to you. I did not know him. Rather, my mission is to try to maintain current information for both national cemeteries here in Salisbury. I'm happy to turn over his page to his family member and wish you the best.
