I have be doing genealogy research since the 1960s wile I was in Vietnam and in the service I use to send a request to LDS in Salt Lake for $1.00 they would research and send you information what they Had. I was born in Framingham, Mass and lived at 59 Granite St. in Ashland Mass from 1951-1964 then moved to|
Hopkinton first on Haydenrow St. Then 11 Church St. I enlisted in the army in 1969 went to Vietnam 1970-1972. After Vietnam I was stationed at Fort Mead, Maryland then went to Korea for a year then to Fort Hood, Texas. then back to Korea and back to Fort Hood and then back to Korea. I left the military in 1984 and my Father moved back to Minnesota and everyone else did to. So I did to. In 1987-1990 I worked for Lockheed Support in Panama and was in Operation Just Cause. I live know in a little house that I own way out in the country in Blind Lake Township, Cass Co. Minnesota. I have cataloged the Wabedo cemetery for my township and other cemetery's in the area. I have found a lot of graves unmarked and doing research finding who they are and listing them I have got a lot of good response One case the family put up a stone. I think It is important to take the time and research a cemetery and find and list the name and location. Many times I list a name and a Picture of the grave stone I get and update with more info to add and thanking me for finding them. I think that is what Find a Grave is all about. I want to find the missing the unmark graves and find the location. I will be retiring in 2013 and will be able to spend more time researching I have notice that Ancestry.com has been adding find a grave records when you do a search . I think that is cool. Am willing to help anyone in the central Minnesota area. Some time we travel over 20 miles or more to a cemetery and that is on country roads from one town to another in the same county.

|Richard K. Ross||Cheryl Ann Moore|
Thanks for the obit on Cheryl Moore. It has been added to her memorial. I realized that I had her name wrong, after reading the obit, and I have corrected that mistake.
Thanks again, Richard
|James Endres||Troy Jost photo|
there is also two other jost's next to him I have photos of them also if you don't have them one is Jon Phillip Jost and the other I believe is wife Beverly P Bodine
|Delila Duffy||Henry Bakeberg the date is be 1876|
I no longer remember where I obtained the marriage year that is on the memorial. I can only assume it came from another contributor. Can you please supply where you obtained the marriage year of 1876. I will list this source and you as the provider of that information.
|Lorrie Scott||Walter Powers|
Stanley, You are far better at genealogy than I am. I am also related to Walter Powers. From my research and people I have met while searching, they all support the Indentured servant and the origination in Ireland. My mom had been told that by her great great grandmother, that he was from Ireland, but I had just found England.
I had never read about the flogging though, Lorrie

You added the memorial first. I deleted mine. Sorry I missed it before adding a duplicate. I try to be careful of that. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

|Joseph Wentworth||Duplicate memorial|
We have a duplicate memorial. I have already a William Wentworth #66112403 Created in Feb of 2011.
There is a second Created in December #82608798. This one should be deleted, and his sons linked to 66112403. Also the portrait on this page is of Governor John Wentworth, not of William, who was born much earlier.
Thanks for your help!
|Bob Fuller||Memorial 74753075 Ruth Barlow|
I don't believe the Ruth Barrows that is the dau of John Barrows and Sarah Briggs is the Ruth that married George Barlow. My research indicates Ruth Barrows, dau of John & Sarah married Seth Sampson & died in 1758. Do you have any info to help me with this?
|WMitch6||Mary Shepherd Eastman|
I read your memorial entry for Mary Eastman and I believe that it is incorrect. The Christopher Avery Cemetery is well documented and I can find no evidence that she is buried there. She is not listed in either the Hale Collection volume for the Christopher Avery Cemetery or the Ledyard Historical Society's list of Ledyard Cemeteries.

|Bronx Aquarian||Hart's Island|
Sad to say Hart Island is a restricted island and only people who can prove a direct link to person buried there are allowed to travel to the island 1 day a month. You are only allowed to overlook the site from a gazebo. There are no individual graves on Hart Island, only mass graves. Burials are done by Riker Island prisoners (those serving time for misdemeanors (less than 1 year)and the island is run by the NY Department of Corrections. It is considered, by the prisoners to be a plum assignment.
|Miriam||Isaac Higby, Sr.|
I linked Isaac to his parents as requested. Are you a descendant?
