Bio and Links
Bio Photo Been doing genealogy since 2000. Been photographing tombstones since 2002.

If you take a picture of a marker you should check the plot for other members of that family. Normally all members of a plot are family members even it they may have different surnames

To me the plot is more important then the one grave. If you find more family in the plot and want credit for them tell me and I will add the memorials and request pictures.

If I take a marker I will always check the area for more members of the family or take the others in the plot.

If you want a high-resolution image I keep the photo about a month or so. Or if local I can get them again.

Please note: Only speaking for myself and the photos that I take. Findagrave does have rules you should be aware of regarding copy or using photographs posted. Copywrite laws, etc. Please do not take this as permission for all photos at findagrave.

I am giving my permission for you to use my photos in any way you see fit for your family. To me they are just a rock with letters on them.

Request for Family Links / Transfers

I have been getting a number of weird requests in the last few months.

1. I double check all requests.
My checks many times add family links to the memorials.

2. If you tell me they are your relatives. I must assume they are my relatives too. I have the better claim. Tell me how your related!

On they have "U.S., Burial Registers, Military Posts and National Cemeteries, 1862-1960", don't trust the index, LOOK at the IMAGE!

Hi Phillip Happy Thanksgiving!!!!

Thank you for finding and taking the picture of Peter. I friend of his who is am emt fireman, pulled him out of the water, and has been wondering for 49 years where he was and I was thrilled to find some info on him. LynnP was taking pictures at Arlington, and found his wife and they were connected. Then someone else found his memorial and connected his parents. Thanks for being part of this for the friend who is still alive and wondering. Wonderful small world!!

St Adalberts - Vicker
Thanks ever so much for your taking the time to photograph the Vickers at St Adalberts Cemetery. I really appreciate the beautiful photographs! I especially can appreciate your doing it, having had to do so in the snow! - although it made for a very pretty shot.

Much appreciatively,

Phillip, I see you made another attempt at finding a marker for Elizabeth's grave. Thanks for your effort, your work has not gone unnoticed. If you ever need a photo in Rockford let me know.

That does look like 55 on the bottom. It also looks like a 1 next to it.

The Leonard family is becoming a real challenge to document. I can't thank you enough for helping find them.

As far as the snow goes...maybe spring???
