Thank you
Thank you for posting the grave stone picture of Mona Jean Reilly. She is my mother in law. She lived in West Palm Beach Florida with her 3 children, 4 grand kids and 6 great grand kids.
We still miss her very much.

Thank you soooo much for posting #151608029 Concetta Albanese . She is my Great Grandmother. I never thought I would find her grave. I found her death certificate and it listed Union Cemetery in Westmoreland County, PA. I was absolutely surprised to see her listed by you along with other Albanese which are all my family (whom I never meet) from PA.
Are you related also? I am grateful for the time and dedication you have for the departed and helping others find their relatives.

I would love to manage my maternal great grandmother if you would be so kind to transfer. I thank you again for her posting .

Grateful,
Judith A Zeuner

Hello,
Julia Virginia Blizzard was a sister of my grandfather, William Floyd Blizzard. My grandfather lived in Smyth County VA and Julia left Smyth County after the death of her husband. I didn't know that she had Robert and he was adopted. I note that Robert died 15 Aug 1968 and his wife and daughter died the next day. Were they in a car wreck? Social services scattered Jennie's children all over the country after she died. My dad talked with most of his cousins through the years and I'm sure he didn't know about Robert. I would appreciate any info you might have on this family. My email address is lbnash1@comcast.net.

RE: Jura Benedikti # 7893792
Dear Lynn, I left you a message on Sunday from the library. I forgot to tell you if you go to look for my great grandfather's grave it would not be an old tombstone. It would be an upright granite stone I think grayish in color with the name BENEDIKTY written on it. It would be a newer looking stone. It was purchased by my Grandmother my Grandfather Johns wife Nellie Benedikty. The stone I believe was purchased sometime in the 60's possibly 1964 or a little later. Thank you once again for all of your help. John Macali Warren,Ohio 44484

Thank you Lyn for finding this information out for me. Yes this would be my Great Grandfather George. Jura was probably a misspelling. In the Slovak language George would be Juraj. He is a short heart wrenching story. My Grandfather John (Jan) Benedikty left his mother my Great Grandmother and his only sister Mary in their village of Lovinobana,Czechoslovakia now just Slovakia. He left to come to the USA to look for his father. My Grandfather was about 15 years old at the time. He traveled from Eastern Europe by train to Antwerp,Belgium in Western Europe. He some how was able to get steerage passage on a ship from Antwerp,Belgium to Montreal,Quebec,Canada. Don't know how long he stayed there but I do know from him that at one point he was working on a farm in Saskatchewan,Canada for some Slovak people before coming and gaining entry into The Unite States. I do know he made it to Pittsburgh,Pa. was looking for his father just to find out that his father had died just two weeks before his arrival in Pittsburgh. My Grandfather John Benedikty did purchase and have a large granite stone put on my Great Grandfather's grave but could not remember where. My Uncle George my mother's brother had a small colored photo of the grave site but he could not remember where either and he was there twice in his lifetime. My uncle passed away here in Ohio in 2001. I had made numerous calls to the cemetery in Arnold and other cemeteries trying to find my Great Grandfather but to no avail. I was also trying to find out if my Great Grandfather had remarried someone in the area even though he was already married back in Europe. This happened quite a lot in those days. I felt so sad for my Great Aunt and my Great Grandmother because they not only lost a father and a husband but a son also. I remember my Grandfather John always writing to them in Czechoslovakia and sending money and many packages to them. I am leaving you my cell phone number in case you would like to call me 330-979-0305 Warren,Ohio 44484 John Macali thank you for doing this for me and the family. I will pray for you. I cannot Thank You enough!!! I don't have internet at home so I have to go to the library and don't get there much for the fact that I take care of my 81 year old Mother. Thank You ounce again John
