Bio and Links
Bio Photo Always been interested in genealogy since my parents split when I was 2. Never knew much on my dads side because of it. Really got interested after the birth of my two kids though. It has helped me get back in contact with my dad family. The Jahn's came from somewhere in Prussia and ended up in Oquawka, Il. Later then moved to Keokuk County, Iowa, then Osceola County, Iowa and last Minnesota.

Any tombstone photo's I have added can be used without asking for permission.

Sorry, mixed you up with someone who asked for photos of a Tenney family.

RE: Thanks
If you are interested in some other Tenney photos taken in Mapleton let me know and I'll send them to you via e-mail.

Plan to get to Sterling some time in the next few weeks. It's a slow walk as they seemed to take pride putting stones facing whatever way they fancy. You end up doing a zig zag through each row. We'll head there with a picnic and the camera.

You are very welcome. Perhaps next time I visit Pilgrims Rest I will find your other request there as well.

RE: Thanks
Hi Jeff,
There were two men next to Helen Gould Schenk that I also took a picture of and entered. Names were George W. Gould and George W Gould Jr. I entered them just in case they are in your family. Take a look at their grave markers and see. I have three Gould's in my family tree on ancestry.com

Thank you ever so much for the photo of their gravestone. William's mother was my grandmother's sister. Close ties.
