My husband and I grew up in central Indiana and currently live in Indianapolis area. We've been doing genealogy for about 6 years and have traveled extensively around the country tracing our families and their burial sites. We have been doing cemetery walking in central Indiana area since February, 2009 and love it. We are both retired and are able to spend a lot of time doing what we love.

I am getting a lot of requests that don't have a member id# or links to the memorials. Therefore, I will no longer make change requests without this information.

Forgive me I made the wrong memorial request. I got it mixed up with another memorial. As you have memorials to several of my family members Millikan & Koons that I would like to add to my tree.

Susan, I would like permission to use David Devault Koons headstone Memorial# 78392486 in my family tree.
He is my 3rd great grand uncle.
Thank you so much for the work you do to help people with locating and connecting family members.

Lyons family
Thank you for all the wonderful entries for the Lyons family in Mooreland Cemetery, Mooreland, Henry Co., Indiana. I am related through Laura A. TURNPAW Lyons (Find A Grave Memorial# 87080811), wife of John R. Lyons (Find A Grave Memorial# 87080810). Do you allow your headstone photographs to be copied for use in family trees? Thanks again!

Mark James
I am a relative to John Arthur Blessinger. His wife is my moms sister.

I wanted to thank you for all of your work. John Arthur's (JAck) wife Eunice has been working on her families genealogy since the 60's. She is now in her mid nineties and going blind.
Jack had been so kind to all of us as kids i wanted to be able to show Eunice some of his tree before she couldn't see it.

Thank you
Mark James

Harmon Abell
Would you allow or agree to use the grave photo for Harmon Abell to also be used for his wife Emeline Murch Abell Kidwell memorial # 14998396.

I think you can just copy it over. On her memorial there is only a picture of her.

Thanks so much, Deby Beran

James Creason
You have a picture of a stone for James Creason and when we went to the cemetery and found the stone the death date said 1892. All the information says 1902 and the stones don't look the same but yours is not a full picture of the stone. The top seems different. Nancy Miller Creason is on the other side. Something appears to be wrong. This is in Russiaville, Indiana. Please contact me at

Thank you so much for transferring the Sturgeon's Memorials to my care. If you run into any other Strugeon's in your good works, just transfer them to me.
Thanks again, Billie

thanks for the quick reply--your photo of Philip's headstone and the cemetery info answered a question I've had for a long time
