My husband and I grew up in central Indiana and currently live in Indianapolis area. We've been doing genealogy for about 6 years and have traveled extensively around the country tracing our families and their burial sites. We have been doing cemetery walking in central Indiana area since February, 2009 and love it. We are both retired and are able to spend a lot of time doing what we love.
I am getting a lot of requests that don't have a member id# or links to the memorials. Therefore, I will no longer make change requests without this information.
Nancy Crandall Ball I noticed in reading about Nancy Crandall Ball #49917777, her birth year is 1815 in one place, possibly off her tombstone and in the story her birth year is 1825. I was wondering which one if more correct. The 1900 census says 1820. I believe the 1825 year is the best answer. Thank you for your consideration.
James Ball Since Nancy Crandall Spell Ball #49947777 married 2nd James Ball. I would suggest that James Ball #49917775 is the one, especially since he is buried in Sugar Grove Methodist Cemetery also. Might that be correct? Thank you for all your work.
Harman H. Allen actual place of burial I have left you an edit to put Harman H. Allen #39316510 on the site of his first wife Julia Ann Wilson #40576494. Harmon Allen was actually buried in the Sugar Plain Church cemetery in Thorntown, Boone, Indiana. Your Harmon site is #40614775 When you look up the actual Harman site you will see information and dates. Lynne Ream
Date of birth correction My name is Joyce Brown Baer, daughter of Robert H. Brown. Thank you for your volunteer efforts at West Lawn Cemetery. Dad's birthdate was actually: April 4, 1914 not June 26. Can a correction be made? Thank you.
RE: Fairchild Thank you. What I was really hoping was that it was just the wrong photo for my mysterious guy, lol. The joys and pains of genealogy. Thank you again, especially for all of you hard work in contributing to the site. Blessed be, Michelle
