PLEASE DO NOT COPY MY PHOTOGRAPHS AND POST THEM TO ANY OTHER SITES. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF MY COPYRIGHT!|
PLEASE DON'T TAKE MY PHOTO'S AND POST THEM ON ANOTHER SITE OR BOOKS THEY BELONG TO ME AND MY FAMILY AND IF I HAD WANTED THEM POSTED ON ANCESTRY COM OR ANY OTHER SITE I WOULD HAVE POSTED THEM MYSELF. THIS IS STEALING AND AGAINST THE LAW.
Born 1959. Married, 6 children. Love history, cemetery art and gardening. I have been doing genealogy for 30+ years.
I am a historian. I document an event for future generations. I am not a "hawk" or a "vulture". I do not get paid for this, I do not gain anything from this. I do not wish to disrupt your grieving process. I do not do this to disrespect anyone.
I believe that after 3 or 4 generations, everyone is basically forgotten. Our graves sit there deteriorating without a care. I especially feel for childless couples or infants and children, they are forgotten sooner. I love this website, because generation after generation, our future family will be able to come here, and see our graves, and with a little love and care can see our faces also. Tracing our lineage will be so much easier for future generations.
I will post obits on memorials with proper citation. I know some people feel that this info is "private" or "personal" but.... it was PUBLISHED IN THE PAPER FOR ALL THE WORLD TO SEE.
99% of the time this info is invaluable to genealogists. I have had cemeteries tell me they are private property and those interred there want privacy. If someone truly wants privacy, get cremated and scattered over the ocean, don't put up a huge headstone with your name, dates...... Like having a huge billboard up on a highway and you are asked not to look at it or read it........SILLY.
**Please, no drama. I report, ignore and block, rude or offensive communications.**
I also feel creating memorials for living people is disrespectful. Anyone can find names and dates to enter, but to truly do the job correctly, the names, obits, dates and links should be complete. If you add an obit, it should be as it was printed.
My paternal grandparents were Wavie (nee Rench) & Jesse Botkin. She was the first schoolteacher in Atlanta. Jesse ran the store in town. I have a 2006 copy of the cemetery records. I will try to get the transcribed into Find A Grave.
I do my best to post accurately and respectfully.
I LOVE FINDAGRAVE. I love making corrections. I want my memorials to be as complete as possible. Bring on the additional information. I am on here every day.
I am researching my genealogy, surnames: Botkin, Tonelli, Rench, Redenbo, Kuhn, Chrisman, Reeves, Crutchley, Boggs, Borror, Leach, Studebaker, Mumper, Jones, Houghtling, Terenzoni, Bartoli, Luchini, Ceci, Kieken, Gbur, Davia, Eggert, Horn, Inman, Redenbo, Winter, Spadaro, Davis, Hester, Curl, Shepperd, Maury, Sasser, Humfleet, Sprinkel, Allen, Clark, Brown, Gilbert, Read/Reed, Weber, Hauser, Davies, Dyerhin, Hainlein, Bomher, Fitzpatrick, Halper, O'Connor, Keevil, Cunningham, just to name a few.

Thank you for keeping me honest. I probably searched for Jimmy instead of James.--Storres
|Gail Davis||RE: Re: Abbie Beanblossom #166925848|
It is the same girl there was no infant daughter of David and Elizabeth that was named Abbie. Trust me she is the same girl. Look at my memorial It explains it in the bio. Please Help me in this matter. Abbie is Abba V. Beanblossom daughter of William Beanblossom. David Beanblossom is my great grandfather and I have researched this alot. David and Elizabeth only had 4 children Ida, Archie, Fred (My Grandpa) and George. Abbie does not belong to David and Elizabeth I MADE A MISTAKE WHEN I ORDERED THE TOMBSTONE!
|Gail Davis||Re: Abbie Beanblossom #166925848|
This is a duplicate memorial. I have worked a long time on her memorial. Her number is 100093460. She is my family member and If you will read her bio you will notice the mistake I made originally. We put those stone in before I found any information on her. Please delete your memorial. Mine was there first and it is correct. She was not the daughter of David and Elizabeth.

Did you read the text that accompanies the photo? Both Ellen Parrell and Alonzo Plumb are in the same grave site: T-4-29-5 .... they can't be in separate physical locations.
|Nikita Barlow||Rev. James Tuttle #6080434|
Thanks for the heads up. As you can see from my bio of Rev. James Tuttle, I've long been aware that his mother was Abigail (nee Nutman) Tuttle, whose birth date is also generationally appropriate. I don't know how his sister Abigail came to be listed as his mother in the Family Links Section, but I evidently misplaced it, and the problem since been corrected.

Thank you for the additions to my former mother-in-law's memorial. It is deeply appreciated!
|Barbara Schaffer||Abigail Tuttle|
Hi, I can't make that change. It has to come from Nikita Barlow who created Col Joseph Tuttle's memorial. Thanks.
Rita, I see you are researching Jones'. The edits you sent for me are my grandfather and great-grandfather, Francis Jones and John Dudley Jones. Are you a relative? If so, please communicate..my email is firstname.lastname@example.org. Thanks!
|Jim L Wilson||Thomas White in Sugg Cemetery|
Hello: I just discovered the Thomas White memorial #63402370 in Sugg Cemetery, Bond County, Illinois that you created. I believe this is the same Thomas White that I have found in Lincoln County & Rutherford County, North Carolina, records.
You have created memorials for other members of his family, also. I have been researching the James & Eleanor Wilson family in Lincoln County for several years. According to Eleanor's will she had a daughter Agnes White. Do you have any information about an Agnes Wilson who married a White probably around 1800-1810? Another of Eleanor's daughters, Sarah, married Joseph McReynolds in Rutherford County, NC, in 1803. Joseph's brother, Hugh, married Margaret "Peggy" White, and Thomas White and Joseph McReynolds were bondsmen on other McReynolds's marriages in Rutherford County, NC. Thanks for any information you might have.
