|Bio and Links|
I've been involved in genealogy for 20 years — researching all lines of my family, including ancestors, collateral ancestors, and cousins. I also enjoy researching my more than 200 relatives who served in the military.
I am a lead member of the "One-Name Study - Ulster Bowes" research group, which is using documentary and DNA evidence to trace Bowes descendants and link Bowes families originating from Counties Fermanagh, Monaghan, and Cavan, Ireland. Descendants of this Bowes family are located in Ireland, the UK, Australia, Canada, and the USA.
Virtually all of the memorials I have added and/or manage are for relatives of mine. I intend to add photos of them and their gravestones, as well as biographies, obituaries, and relationship links for as many as I can.
FULFILLING MY PHOTO REQUESTS
If you fulfill any of my photo requests, please also email the full-size images to me at "rab_42 [at] yahoo.com" (replace [at] with @). I'm also interested in having the plot number, burial date, GPS coordinates, and a cemetery map, when available. I do the same for photo requests I fulfill. Thank you!
POLICY ON USING MY PHOTOS AND RESEARCH
I grant permission to anyone wishing to use my posted GRAVESTONE photos on other genealogy or cemetery websites or in family trees, but YOU MUST CREDIT ME to this effect: Photo copyright R. Boas, FindAGrave.com member number 47304667, used with permission. This not only gives due credit for my work, but it allows others a way to find and get in touch with me. Failure to do so is copyright infringement.
I DO NOT grant permission to repost my posted portraits, snapshots, documents, etc. Contact me for exceptions to this.
If you wish to use any text from my memorial pages or incorporate any of my family links into your own family tree, YOU MUST CREDIT ME to this effect: Written/Researched by R. Boas, FindAGrave.com member number 47304667. Do not use my research or portions of my family tree in your public family tree without attribution to me (if you learned it from one of my FindAGrave pages, give me credit - it's that simple). Failure to do so is plagiarism. If you can't abide by this, then refrain from using my research, or just keep your unsourced family tree private.

|Clytie Somers||Lewis Turner|
There is a Burton Turner in East Nassau Cemetery, his birthdate is 1873, that is the only information available, no death date etc. I will photograph his headstone for you. You can use it or not. I am also trying to locate Emma Norton for you. She is not listed in the East Nassau Cemetery, or the Old East Nassau Cemetery. Or she may be under a different name. If you have any suggestions concerning this please let me know these cemeteries are less than 1 mi from my house.

Are you interested inthe other turners in the East Nassau Rural Cemetery?

Glad I could help. :-)

Hi there. I just fulfilled your requests for the Danks/Mains families in Forty Fort Cemetery. Please feel free to use any of the photos for Ancestry or whatever sites you use.
|richard finnick||RE: George Knowlton Information Source|
I don't keep my suggestion for additions to memorials,so not sure what I suggested as changes, but his birth date & location are from the Military record offered and his death date is from SSDI. Hope that helps. My thanks for asking and for your memorials as very helpful. Dick Finnickl

|FamilyHistoryBuff||Photos from Other Sources|
I assume that when you have taken the photos from other sources before publishing on findagrave your caveats are not valid and don't apply.
|Deborah Rudy||Sarah Bowes-Halifax, PA cem|
Is your photo request still unfilled or did Kathy F. fulfill it last March?
The headstone that lists Sarah in the Halifax cem is a headstone for Elizabeth Ayers 1836-1915. It also lists Samuel Myers and Sarah Bowes on 2 lines, but without dates.
The Halifax censuses imply that Elizabeth is (keeping house) married to Samuel who is 10+ years older and that Sarah M Boas or Bowes is Elizabeth's mother.

William is buried in sec 8 lot 50 of Mount View in Camden, Maine. I will photograph the graves in the lot. There is a database of the graves at http://public.camdenmaine.gov/cemetery/ Type in Annis, then look at sec 8, lot 50 for all the names in the lot. The Camden Town office has Mount View cemetery maps - do not know if they have a digital version.
