Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have many ancestors who lived in Milton and the surrounding townships going back to the late 1700s. I have a web site for the town - A Pictorial History of Milton, Northumberland Co., PA. I encourage anyone who is interested to contribute pictures of the town or old family portraits (prior to 1930). There is genealogical information on the site as well, and new information, as well as corrections to that are also welcome.

RE: Rhoads
Hi Larry
I linked them together. Funny you sent this now- I have been working all week on the Rhoads/Stoughtons for my cousin Fred Wertman. He is the great grandson of John M Rhoads. Are you related to him?

Hiblers/thank you!
Thank you so much for the transfers of Samuel and Osee Hibler. It is amazing to find such history and a bonus for the grave marker photos to be there. Thank you for setting up their memorials and helping to preserve our family history.

RE: Elizabeth Montgomery McCormick
You are right - I skipped a generation there. John and Christiana are her grandparents. Thanks for catching that.

David (41151391) and Agnes (41150740) are her parents and are also buried in Chillisquaque.

Elizabeth Montgomery McCormick
I thought you might be interested in linking Elizabeth to her parents. Her father was John Montgomery (41151522) and her mother was Christiana Foster Montgomery (41150960). Her 1st husband was Dr. Thomas Wood, who was a friend of her father's.

Catherine "Kate" D. Wax Godcharles Memorial
Thanks much for the substantial edits to Catherine Wax Godcharles memorial. Very much appreciated. If only we could find a death date for her!

Best, Barry

Gresh tombstone photos
You definitely win the Grand Photo Prize for Today, Larry! Those are great tombstone photos. Would that everybody's F.A.G. tombstone photos were as sharp, cropped, and clear! And, I was able to put more complete dates of death on several of the memorials because of the info in the photos. I'm afraid I'm going to have to disappoint you about family portraits, however. I'm not a family member either, so I don't have any. But we're both doing our respective good deeds for the Gresh family. Much appreciated.... ~ Jay
