If you are requesting an edit or a transfer and I am not related, I will gladly do so, however, you must go to the memorial page and click on suggest/edit and request from there. I cannot hunt down the memorial and then hunt down your member number. I have had 2 requests that I cannot fulfill, since the person has their messages disabled and did not give me the wanted memorial numbers.
You have my permission to copy ANY of my photos for your genealogical and personal use.
I totally enjoy sharing :)
I do this mainly for genealogy purposes and to dedicate memorials to the ones who have been lost. The information is of PUBLIC record, often found in newspapers, court reords or cemetery records or first hand knowledge from generation family members. This information and memorial will be put in by someone eventually, if not by me. If I have listed a family member of yours and is not related to me and you wish a transfer, please request the transfer by clicking the edit/suggestion button to the right of the memorial. I will transfer the memorial to you and if you wish removal, then you, yourself, may go through the removal process, as it has become difficult to remove them, per Find-A-Grave's new system. Even when a duplicate is made, the removal of the duplication now has to have a reason for it and get an approval before it will be automatically removed by the service. I apologize for the inconvenience this causes, but I am not the one who makes the rules & have no control over the process.****
I am Karen and I have, so far, traced my heritage to the year 1029, Flamsted, England, to my 26th great grandfather, Ralph De Toni and Isabel Montford.

I am a Mattson of Maryland lineage and can only trace from 1849.Are you related to this line?
|Charlotte Palmer||RE: Johnnie Mae Palmer|
Thank you for making the correction.
|Carol's Genealogy Stuff||Helen Buffington|
Thanks for adding the parent links to Helen's memorial page. I put a wrong memorial number for her father, and have sent in the correction. I apologize for the error and thank you in advance for the correction. ~~Carol
|Ernest and Suzy Bowles||Jimmy Reeves|
I hope you do not mind that I transferred Jimmy Reeves to you. I read your message and felt you should be managing the memorial.
|Gina Reardon-Gaddis||RE: Ferron Family, St. Malachi, Cochranville, PA|
I do not recall seeing said headstone/marker and I did photograph the complete cemetery at the time. Have you tried contacting the church and see if they have a record of her burial?
|Carol's Genealogy Stuff||Children of Emory & Ella Buffington buried in Hall Co|
Thanks for these as well, and for adding the links before the transfers. I just sent in a SAC for their daughter Helen to link her to her parents. Whether you apply the links or make a transfer doesn't matter. I appreciate it either way.
By the way, your Copes may be related to my Buffingtons back when. The 1st Buffington in the US in my line was Richard, a Quaker who eventually settled in Chester, PA. His son Thomas E Buffington married a Ruth Cope (b. 1687), daughter of Oliver Cope (b. 1647) & Rebecca Crooke/Mayhew (b.1643) who also were from England and settled in PA. Their son Thomas (m. Mary Harlan m1 Webb) migrated to SC, from whence came Ezekiel, patriarch of the Hall Co. GA Buffingtons through his 1st wife (and, through 2 Cherokee wives, patriarch of the Buffingtons forced west on the Trail of Tears, gathered in part for that journey by Ezekiel's grandson Ezekiel, who was in the GA Militia.)

I appreciate the transfers. I can't look through them right at this moment, but wanted to say thanks. ~~Carol
|lizagrr||Betts Ogden Yeoman|
Hi Karen, I'm interested in any memories or family stories you have about Betts Yeoman. She is my mother's grandfather's first cousin. My mother remembers a family story that she took in my mother's great-grandmother, Annice (Annie) Francis Ogden Ferron in her old age...this would have been in the late 1940's/early 1950's. Annice would have been Betts' aunt - her father's sister. I'm unable to track down any death date or info on Annice and as I understand she had some mental problems in her old age when Betts cared for her. If you have any information or family lore about this, I'd love to hear it. Thank you! - Liza

|Melissa Mariano||Annie Himelright|
I see that you've submitted a photo request for Annie Himelright in Hopewell United Methodist Cemetery in Downingtown, PA. I've been out to Hopewell several times over the past few weeks and have been keeping an eye out for her headstone. So far no luck. However, it looks as though the cemetery has been repairing/replacing a number of headstones-I've 'discovered' new ones that aren't recent burials that I know I would've tripped over during previous visits. Anyway, I'm wondering if that's why I've been unable to find Annie's marker thus far-maybe she's 'out for repair'. Especially since the Himelright (and Himelwright) family is sort of grouped together in one area of the cemetery. Will continue to check for her though.
Also, I thought it might be of interest to you (bc of photo req. for Annie), that I've added 5 more Himelright names to Hopewell. If you're family, or just a fan of the Himelright family lol, and would like them transferred over to you let me know.
Thanks and take care!
Hi, Dr. H.W. Stigler married my aunt, Lula Pitts. I am trying to determine some positions in my family tree. The 1900 U.S. Census that shows the Klutts and Stiglers next to each other is interesting. It appears from your research that you know the families well. I would like to share information. My email is email@example.com
