Bio Photo I started doing this a few years back, I don't even remember how I got introduced to it. My family moves around a lot, because of my husband's career but we have been to some great places with some very historically significant cemeteries and I think that's what has really piqued my interest with being a volunteer. And I know this sounds weird, but my family and I enjoy going to the different cemeteries near us and fulfilling the photo requests. So I guess I'm not the only volunteer in my house. I try very hard to take tasteful and respectful photos and I hope that I can honor the loved ones who's photos are requested.

Hello, will you still be able to go out and photograph Ramona's headstone? I see that your claim to my photo request expired. Thanks!

RE: Joaquim Da Silva
Jamie I am just so excited that some of the information my cousin provided might produce results. My cousin just remembers that she was told a long time ago when she was a little girl playing on the stone that it was his wife. He was married three times and one wife was named Mary Kauihanohano Nicholas and one named Maria Dias
1870-1903 (this is the one that I am looking for.) I would like a photo either way let me know when you take it and I will request a photo who ever it is. You are really God sent to take the extra steps and trouble to go back and fulfill my request.

Joaquim da Silva
Thank you ever so much for going back to find the grave site and getting a photo for me of Joaquim da Silva gravestone. Now all I have to find is where his first wife Maria Dias da Silva 1870-1903 is buried it still a puzzle that the family is trying to solve. One cousin told me a long time ago that she thought she was buried next to Joaquim and the grave is marked by a large black stone. By any chance was there a large stone next to the marker? My cousin said she thought it didn't have any markings on it.

THANK YOU for claiming my photo request. I'm at a stand still with genealogy on my mothers side of the family. I'm hoping this photograph will provide clues for me to move ahead. If you see any other Pagan's or Colmenero's in the nearby area, PLEASE let me know. Thank you!
