I'm an avid photographer/archivest, having taken the majority of both my and my husband's family's graves. We take (outdoor) cemetery photos from March/April to November or December/snowfall within an hour or so in all directions of N'east Wisconsin, incl: Outagamie; Winnebago; Calumet; Manitowoc; Sheboygan to the East; and in the West: Waushara, and some of Portage, if we're in that area. Mausoleum photos, of course, can be taken all year.|
NOTE to those requesting grave photos in Wisconsin: Although each year is different, we don't usually see any ground-level graves until at least April, given the weather in our area. Thanks for understanding!
Here's a poem that touches my heart. It is the reason we are in this service; for both the living and those who have gone on before us.
THE RECORDING OF A CEMETERY BY THELMA GREENE REAGAN
Today we walked where others walked On a lonely, windswept hill; Today we talked where other cried For Loved Ones whose lives are stilled.
Today our hearts were touched By graves of tiny babies; Snatched from the arms of loving kin, In the heartbreak of the ages.
Today we saw where the grandparents lay In the last sleep of their time; Lying under the trees and clouds - Their beds kissed by the sun and wind.
Today we wondered about an unmarked spot; Who lies beneath this hollowed ground? Was it a babe, child, young or old? No indication could be found.
Today we saw where Mom and Dad lay. We had been here once before On a day we'd all like to forget, But will remember forever more.
Today we recorded for kith and kin The graves of ancestors past; To be preserved for generations hence, A record we hope will last.
Cherish it, my friend; preserve it, my friend, For stones sometimes crumble to dust And generations of folks yet to come Will be grateful for your trust.
When corresponding, please indicate the name of the person/people whose grave photo I took. Thanks! :)

I'm sorry, but I've looked all the area with George Sr's stone is and never found a marker for Jr's name. I found another stone with the Roeske name nearby, but still no marker for Jr's. I'm sorry.

I found only the stone I posted....I can go take a look again if the weather picks back up. Sorry!

Hi - Thanks for the transfer of John Pack and relatives. I contacted administrators at Find a Grave and they removed the duplicate photos that were taking up space on the memorial pages. I will have to contact them again and get more removed off the memorial pages - since the photos duplicate the photos you have already added to the memorial pages and take up the space I want to use for the family photos. I appreciate the great photos you have taken and put on the pages! Thanks for all of the work!

Thank you very much to make the pictures of Leonard and Johanna Thissen's grave. As I live in the Netherlands, it is a long travel to make the pictures myself.

I'm sorry, but we took the photo while in the are on vacation recently. We live about 500 miles away, and won't be back in the area anytime soon.

The person who made the original memorial decided to remove theirs even though they had entered the memorial first. I wasn't sure if you were aware that there are still 2 memorials for Clyde Estes. Both were added by you. (an edit was sent a couple of days ago) Have a wonderful evening.

Thanks for checking. I figured this was a long enough wait and the stone would be up. There will be a stone at some point.
Thanks for your efforts.
