If I'm related biologically or by marriage to a memorial I manage I will NOT transfer the memorial. So don't even ask!

I only transfer memorials to those family members who are within the rules of findagrave. Just because I manage a herd of your 10th cousins' memorials don't expect me to transfer them to you. When you request a transfer tell me exactly how you are related.
Findagrave Rules:
Memorials are transferred for relatives with these close relationships: child, spouse/partner, sibling, parent, grandchild, great-grandchild, grandparent, great-grandparent, niece/nephew, great-niece/nephew, aunt/uncle, great-aunt/uncle, or first cousin. This would include adoptive, step and in-law versions of these relationships

I also put abbreviated obits on FindAGrave that I see in the newspaper. If you see any errors or want to add something to any of my submissions, please let me know. If you want to make corrections to a memorial, please use the edit button on the memorial. I'll be able to get to the memorial and edit it a lot quicker going thru findagrave's system

If you want to suggest changes to a memorial, please use the edit tab on the memorial.

In accordance with Findagrave: Transfer requests will be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
