Transfer & thank you
Hello again Franny,
Thank you for your generosity in transferring:
Mary Emma Walkinshaw Highberger # 123668997
to my care.
With your help, I have successfully connected her with her parents, her 3 brothers, and her two children.
As I receive more information, I will be adding it to Our shared memorial.
With sincerest appreciation,
# 47059326

RE: Irwin Union via Union Cemetery in Irwin
Hi Franny - Thank you for the information. I removed them and wrote a email to Find a Grave requesting that they look into this as it has caused considerable confusion and work on my part.

RE: Irwin Union via Union Cemetery in Irwin
Hi Franny. Thank you for your note. I wonder why I can't see these? The cemetery shows only 54 internments. Am I doing something wrong? Can you shed some light on this for me? Thanks!

Hello Franny,
From the description on the Veteran's Burial Card that I attached to Livesey Joseph Heaps 157723520, do you think this headstone might be in that location?

Irwin to Immaculate
Hello Franny,
I transferred all my Irwin Catholic to Immaculate Conception. With the wonderful finds you made, I am certain this is my family, even the "unknown". Would you please transfer them all to my management? There is now however, a duplicate of Bridget and though the burial name is shown as HEAPS, originally the name was HEAP. How should we proceed with the duplicate?

Thanks for your quick response Franny. I will move my memorials from Irwin Catholic. A couple questions. Do you know when the Immaculate Conception Cemetery was formed? There are so many death certificates that refer to Irwin Catholic Cemetery so either it was nameless before or people never knew it was called Immaculate Conception.
Secondly, was the "unknown" Heaps tombstone in close proximity to the stone with Bridget,Patrick and Lucy? And do you know if Immaculate Conception has plot information? Since you seem to be local if you had a phone number for them I will call if you don't know.
Thank you again. My Dad is nearly 94 and I have been trying to finds these graves for some time for him and our "Tree".

Hello Franny,
I am so excited, albeit a bit late, to find what I believe are family tombstones, 158524769,158524654,158524716,158524747,in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Irwin, PA.
I have been searching and searching for my Great Great Grandparents who I was told were buried in Irwin Cemetery. I believe Immaculate Conception enveloped that cemetery at some point in time in the last 20+ years. My Dad could not locate them the last time he was up there.
No one seems to be able to help or identify Irwin Cemetery.
I established 2 Irwin Cemetery memorials 157723520, Livesey Joseph Heap and 157723570 Bridget Heap AFTER I found a military GAR marker stating there was a marble headstone for my Grt Grt Grandfather, shown as Joseph Heap.
I wonder if he was buried in a "military" section of the cemetery? Do you think you can help me sort this out?? I would be so very appreciative.

Are you related to the Cyrus King buried in Prospect Cemetery? I just added a clipping I found in my family Bible.
