|Estelle Clark||Thomas Yancey Monk|
I had a photo request for his wife Anne and they share a marker, so I posted it on Thomas' findagrave memorial. Please note his birth date and that his name is Thomas YANCEY Monk (not Vancey), and make correction at your convenience.

I would leave it and post a note on the memorial
bio. Could be the same or not. We have a bunch of people with the same name. Including me. There is one here in Johnston county with the same initial and his wife has the same full name as mine.
Also remember that All of that area was Orange Cnty in the late 1700'S through part of the 1800's, and we know how well they kept death and birth records back then.
Until we know proof positive I say leave both where they are.
I just finished your corrections [finally]. Your research information from the pre-birth and pre-death certificate era was invaluable. Thanks for all you do. Debra

Thanks. I also sent a note to the one who says Harvey had a daughter. He can't have, if he died at 2.
Yes, I was confused about the 1940 thing. Thanks.
I was going through some memorials, and I noticed a message that you left to one of the managers of a Kimbrough memorial asking for a correction. Do you know any of the Kimbroughs from Franklin County, AL? My brick wall on my family research is my grandmother Martha A. "Mattie" Horton who was married to James S. "Jim" Horton. Her father was David Colburn and ???? Kimbrough. If you are in contact with any of the Kimbroughs around Russellville, AL, would you see if there is someone who can solve my puzzle for me.
Mattie, her husband Jim, and his first wife are all buried at Mount Pleasant Cemetery near Russellville, along with several of their children.

The stone had only his initials. It is very worn and the death date was practically unreadable. I could discern the birthdate and the name. I hope it was helpful! Also, I noticed another "A.A. Allen" just a few down from it (or maybe it was next to it). Anyway, I added that memorial. Would this be his son?

Thanks for seeing this.
Am going to link with Robert and Laura Duke. The ages would fit for them to be parents.
