Bio and Links
Bio Photo The words Please and Thank You frequently cause miracles to occur and are much appreciated.

Because I live in Canada I do not receive emails letting me know that people have submitted a photo request to a cemetery I have visited/ photographed, so PLEASE message me directly so that I may fulfill your request.

Located in Edmonton, Alberta. My camera and I travel to many other places.
I have photos for most all of the memorial pages that I have created BUT I have not uploaded them. So even in the middle of an Albertan winter with snow 2 feet deep I can still add photos to pages I have already created, simply let me know which memorial you are interested in and I will add a photo for you. Bearing in mind that FaG says it takes about 1 minute to upload a photo onto a page I probably will never get all the photos I have added to the correct pages.

If you would like me to remove a memorial please let me know and I shall remove it right away - no questions asked.

Having Lyme Disease I need less stress in my life and need "gentle exercise" I find taking photos for Find A Grave gets me the fresh air, and the tranquility I need in the summer months and uploading the information exercises my mind in winter. If you need to know more about Lyme Disease check - www.canlyme.com and www.albertalyme.org

To request a transfer please use the EDIT button at the top right of the person's page.

Because of the few RUDE people demanding I transfer pages to them, I shall no longer make transfers unless you are polite AND can explain to me how the person is someone closely related to you. However, as FaGer Scott wrote :- if there is any particular entry that I have made that is very important to you, related or not, if you sponsor it I will transfer it to you ASAP. This helps Findagrave and shows me that this entry truly is important to you and that you are not simply trying to 'collect' all you can find of a particular surname.

Should you find that I have made a mistake entering information or have inadvertantly duplicated an entry please let me know I will remedy the situation as soon as possible.

Barbara Johnston
Coleman Cemetary Alberta
Hi Alison

Just found the photos you posted of my husbands ggrandfather John Johnston and his wife Annie.

We had visited there several years ago and only found Annies stone and not Johns. I am wondering if you keep track of the location in the cemetary where you find them. We are very curious why he was buried in a different grave than his wife. Or if you know if they were side by side and we just missed it somehow.

Thank you for any light you can shed on this.

Thanks again

Barbara

Yes, I gave Rosie's Memorial# for Skaro, and requested this info be added to the B.C. Memorial.

Ok thanks Alison. Well no harm in asking I've sent the website an email, see what they say.
If I fully acknowledge where it came from and even a photographer not sure why Find A Grave would have a problem, it all adds to the memorial page information...but fair enough if it is a no-no.

RE: Ellen Inkpen - Mount Pleasant
Hi again Alison,
Sorry, I just saw your comment here. I sent this on another link, but just in case I will ask it here as well. On Ellen Anetta Inkpen, where did you get her DOB as1871? Her headstone reads 1868. Also, Dec 9 is her burial date, not her DOD, unless they buried her the same day she died, which is highly unlikely.

This is the link for her burial:

RE: Margaret Young.
I am a relative, but it's your choice whether to transfer--I'd be happy to be the caretaker until someone more closely related might arrive on the scene. Her husband was the brother of my great grandmother. Thanks so much for all your beautiful photos! Sincerely, Kathy Hill

Do you think I would be allowed to add that other gravestone image you put me onto?
