Bio Photo Taphophilia: a passion for and enjoyment of cemeteries.

I am in the process of photo-documenting Sts. Peter & Paul cemetery in St. Louis. If you are aware of errors in any of my entries, please let me know. PLEASE USE THE "EDIT" LINKS AND PROVIDE YOUR MEMBER NUMBER (located next to your name on your member page) if requesting a transfer.

PLEASE NOTE: Because I receive a lot of email, I typically do not reply when sent an edit - just check back in a couple days and you should see it. I usually make edits within a couple days. If it has been over a week, please resend as I may not have received it.

Please don't add death certificates that are readily available on-line to memorials.

In addition to adding my family, I enter other graves. I am always happy to transfer a grave to a family member, or to update the grave as requested.

Families I am researching for my family include Mueth, Heidenfelder, Bockius, Buehler, Danneman, Frank/Franck, Freymyer, Meurer and Zieger--primarily found in the U.S. in St. Louis and Southern Illinois.

My husband's last name is Torrence. For him I am researching Torrence, Findley, Watt, Comstock, Peterson, Norton, Brown, Bieth, Sentman, Ritchie and Sixbury--from all over the Northeast.

Please ask permission before posting my personal family photographs or biographical material I have written from my memorial pages on this site to or any other website or personal webpages.

Frank H. Hoemann
According to Frank H. Hoemann's Missouri Death record # 19138 he is buried in Boeuf Creek in New Haven, Franklin County, Missouri. There may be a Stone Church as that was a widely used name for churches and cemeteries.

Please check this out and put him in the correct county and cemetery. Thanks.

RE: Memorial 57995857
When I first found the site it just said Paul Luna, and the death year-1996, and his age, 58, when he passed...

when I went to the original grave I saw that a notation was made that he had donated his body to science.

So....on my part, I was making an assumption, ...connecting the age at death, the name and the location. So I filled in the birth and death dates and locations, parents, and middle name!

I might have made a mistake. Maybe you could make some inquires to be sure its the right Paul Luna.

The photo has been removed, maybe you would be so kind as to post it yourself. The more information out there the easier it is for people to document their family history. I'm sorry if I offended you, I really thought it was wonderful that I found documentation of this person's contribution.

Capt Samuel Torrence
Hello. I've sent my email address via the memorial you created for Capt Samuel Torrence. If you wish, you can send the death certificates for Lulu and Albert Torrence to my email address. I appreciate all that you do and the time it takes to do this. Hope you understand.

RE: Albert F. Torrence & Lulu Torrence
Hello there. Thank you for your reply.

I don't mind if someone posts Death Certificates on the memorials but we're all different. This way, I could confirm as I don't have access to Ancestry. If you wanted to post it then delete it afterward after I have confirmed it, I would be okay with this that is if you're willing to do so. If not then I can give you my email address and then you could send it there if you wish. I hope you understand. Cheers! :)
