|Working on researching our family and found this great site. While visiting cemeteries searching for family graves, we take additional photos and often photograph an entire cemetery when time allows. It is our hope that others will benefit as much as we have from other contributors that have volunteered their time to create memorials and/or add photos for our families.|
Since there are so many factors (weather, too much sun, sun at the wrong angle, weathered and aging stones, graves that are difficult to photograph etc.) if a better photo is obtained at a later date, please contact us through "suggest a correction" and we will gladly remove our photo. We also appreciate any updates, corrections, additions or family links to memorials.
We will consider transfers of memorials that are not part of our family. To request a transfer, use the edit tab in the upper right and then under "suggest a correction" ask for the transfer of the memorial and include your contributor number and how you are related.

I have found the memorials for Friedrich and Sophie Gieseke. My grandparents and great grandparents we in the Chicagoland area and I have been trying to find the siblings of my great grandfather-Heinrich Gieseke born 1831 in Germany. I have info that some of his family moved to Minnesota and I was wondering if you have any additional information. Thanks for all the work you are doing.

May I post your photos of the headstone for Alfred E and Anna T Johnson in Barnes Cemetery to my Ancestry tree? I will credit you.
|Gravefairy||RE: Linking Willard Grams to parents - Thank you|
I tried putting in an edit for the link to Willard Grams' father, but I got a message that it was the same. It seems to be a bug causing the problems with the link.
|Gravefairy||Linking Willard Grams to parents - Thank you|
Thank you for getting the links done for Willard Grams, mem#143520016. His sister Arlene Wilhelmina Grams'(mem#100348716) obituary/bio mentions him as preceding her death. If you wanted more back up for the link.
When I view Willard's memorial, there is something off in the link to his father, Julius C. Grams. When I click on the link, it comes up as incorrect. Maybe I put in the wrong memorial number for the edit. Could you check it out?
Julius' memorial number is 123419785.
Thank you for your time and effort in this work.
