The main surnames I'm researching are HOREIN/HORINE, KIMES, BROWN, FISHLEY, LIMING, RIGGS, BAUGHMAN, and PROCTOR. All these ancestors lived in northern Indiana at some time during their lives.... specifically in St. Joseph, Elkhart, Kosciusko, Marshall, Fulton, Cass, and Pulaski Counties in Indiana, and in Cass County, Michigan.

I still have some research to do on this cemetery, so I have made a note next to Ida in my files that you are looking for more info. If I happen upon anything that looks helpful, I'll let you know!

Unfortunately, I do not know who she is a daughter of. I can tell you that she is buried next to Cora Keim (100821578), who is next to William Keim (100821600), who is next to Mary & William Keim (100821618 & 39999588).

If you check out Cora and William's stones, they look to be the same style as Ida's. Purely speculation on my part, but she might be a Keim.

Kimes Family at Trout Creek
Hi Cindy,
I accepted your corrections/links on the Ralph Kimes memorial. Would you like me to transfer the Kimes family at Trout Creek to you? I am not related.

Thank you for the information on Horace! He was married to my grandmother's cousin.

Ignac & Helena Horsky
Hi Cindy,
I made the correction regarding the Horsky stones at Czech National. It does seem strange that Ignac would be on the marker not with his wife Helena but with his daughter-in-law Helen. I removed my memorial for Alois and added my photo to your memorial for him. Thanks, glad we could get that straightened out.

RE: Evangelical Protestant Cemetery
No I do not, my entries are either from photos I took or the grave book at the library.

It is an odd cemetery in that family graves did not exist when it was started. The burials and stones are in order of death so husbands are not buried with wives or children. So if a wife died she has a stone if her husband died later he may be three rows back.

But the rows are straight and easy to follow.

I just found it odd

Orion W Horine
I've added the links for Orion Horine. Are you kin? If so I'd be happy to transfer management of his memorial to you as I'm not related.
