Bio and Links
Bio Photo My wife and I live about five miles outside Reading, Berks County, Pa. I try to visit most of the cemeteries in Reading and the southwest corner of Berks. I've also wandered into Eastern Lancaster and Lebanon county where some family members are buried. I've had an interest in geneaology since 2002. (probably longer, I just didn't know it yet.) Findagrave has not only peaked my interest in taking cemetery photos, but, also in discovering and walking cemeteries in this area that I never knew were there. Not only have I documented many of my ancestors, I have been taking as many photos as possible in the hopes of helping others find theirs. If you are a family member, I will gladly transfer your ancestor's memorial to you.
Future generations will want to know what happened to their ancestors, and Findagrave is the best way to document them.

Whose grave are you going to find today?

(Find-A-Grave Policy on Transfers:

Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations, this would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents. Please include your member number for a transfer.
I will always make corrections and add links when asked. Thanks!!

RE: Agnes (Pfeiffer) Hill
Ok, thanks anyway. Do you know who would? Or someone who may know a little more?

Agnes (Pfeiffer) Hill

I saw you had a photo of Paul and Leona Remp. Are you a niece or nephew of them? You see, Agnes married my great grandfather, Thomas Hill (a second marriage for both of them). I was wondering what happened to Thomas's possessions after Agnes died in the 1970s. Thank you!!!!

John and Kate Boughter
Hi Tricker, could you please tell me where John Boughter and Kate Ditzler Boughter's stone is (section or proximity to chime tower)? I've been to the Lauredale Cemetery twice now and could not find it.

Beautiful photos, thank you so much. It's amazing to see how much those little trees grew, if they are the same, in 107 years.

Thank you! We relocated to Northern Virginia and only get to Charles Evans for funerals. I haven't had a chance to get a good look around and search for that monument. It's getting to be a challenge just to find our family's plot there.

You have a photo of Lewis Dauth's stone and the family monument from Charles Evans. I wonder if you ever saw the huge monument they erected for their plot in 1908. There's a photo of it on page 9 of the June 7, 1908 Reading Eagle. It would seem that something this large would be hard to miss, but no one has put a photo of it on Find a Grave.
