I have been researching my family and my children's line since 2000. I have had much success with others finding and photographing graves for me, and I would love to volunteer to take photos myself. I am mainly researching the following names: Thompson and Mercer (OH, PA), Schrader (PA), Arnold (GA), Camp (SC/GA), Satterfield (GA),and Criger (IN).|

Just transferred them to you. Hope you can provide a much better bio for them than I could. Best of luck. Jim Lawrence
Thank you so very much for all the photos you have taken and posted with the memorials.

|P. Cofer||RCB, continued|
As Rat Line brothers in the 1903-4 school year, in a class of 29, they undoubtedly knew each other well.

I saw your R.C.B. grave (91350511) at Ivy Hill and thought that it was an interesting mystery. I found that VMI has an online database of former students, and I searched on the Class of 1907. There were only 29 students for that class, and only 1 RCB. You have documented the grave of Robert Cofer Barrett.
Also, an interesting footnote that you might want to add for the RCB grave, is that included in that same class of 1907 at VMI was future famous General George S. Patton (findagrave 1144)(although he later transferred to West Point and so didn't graduate from VMI). Patton only attended VMI his freshman year with RCB.
And thank you, thank you, thank you for all the great photo requests you have fulfilled for me!

I took a picture of the tombstone, but the sun was in the wrong place.
I added it to the memorials, but I plan to get a better one in the future.

You're welcome. I'm glad I could assist you.
|John Beckum||Lafayette Phillips|
This marker is between Mary wife of Lafayette Phillips and a child's marker William Lafayette Phillips. The three are sort of off to themselves and I believe the the unsubscribed marker is Lafayettes.
There was a place for a name but the glass is broken and the name missing. If you would like for me to remove this picture just let me know.
You are welcome. Glad I could help.
