Besides researching my family (+ in-laws) I'm chief volunteer genealogist for the worldwide group Porteous Associates which collects trees + shares information for all Portei (misc. spellings). We don't sell, post or publish trees as privacy of living individuals respected, but exchange trees with interested family historians (via above hotmail account).

Mid-2013 Find-a-Grave updated geographical entries resulting in automated changes that 'fixed' locations by listing closest community - NOT always correct! Edits done for those I control, but apologize if some missed - if any spotted, use 'edit' option to send correction.
For some odd reason, Find-a-grave has decided to divide Manitoba + Saskatchewan into "census districts" - whereas Vital Statistics + all other records in these provinces use Rural Municipalities (instead of counties) - VERY CONFUSING!

A warning to recheck links to memorials which aren't yours; make sure they're still there. 'Memorial not found' shows re entries/cemeteries that have been deleted + reentered instead of edited? Dead links (excuse the pun) not helpful!
