Sylvia Cabrera
Re: Angel Gurrola
Hi Lawrence, my name is Sylvia Cabrera and my mother is a cousin of Angel. He was my brother's godfather. He died when I was 7 years old but I remember him. He used to bring cupcakes to my grandmother's house for all the kids. I came across your memorial to him on ancestry.com as I was researching info on family members for my family tree. It was nice to see the photos. Thank you!

Larry, it has been awhile since you helped me find my family members, which I am still very grateful. I would like to request the transfer of my grandmother to me if you don't mind.

Thank you,
Amelia Yelland

Hi Larry, how are ya??

I want to thank you, ten trillion, million, times over, for going out in this miserable weather, and hunting for and finding, and photographing the final resting places of my relatives, Violanda Ringo and her sis, Salvatrici Ringo Mandala! Your contributions to this site and to helping so many of us, solve the puzzle are very much appreciated! I thank you, from the very bottom of my heart! The photos are great, too, its not always easy to photograph those kids of markers due to glare, etc., but as always, you nailed it!! Good job!

Stay cool!
Your friend,
Brigitte

Ruth E Lawler 1872-1939
Dear Lawrence, Thank you for finding Ruth's grave and marking the picture with an arrow to find it. The marker itself revealed more about how she was affectionately known as "Cousin Ruth." You have helped complete her life cycle, which otherwise would have remained a mystery. All the best in your future endeavors, Alexa
