[PLEASE read (starting with para. 3) before contacting me about a memorial; it will save us both time and trouble. Thanks!]|
I grew up in Moultrie, Georgia; escaped to Charlottesville, Virginia for eight years; then moved back to Georgia.
I'm a history major and a lawyer (University of Virginia, Emory University;) a fanatic about live music (Todd Rundgren, Gene Owens, the blues;) and a photographer. I'm a wife and a mother (a son in law school at the University of Georgia and a daughter who recently graduated from Tulane.) I have a house full of rescued dogs and cats.
If I'm the caretaker of a memorial for someone who was closer to you than to me, I'll probably be willing to transfer the memorial to you; feel free to ask, but please include DETAILS as to your relationship to the deceased. If you have additional information or links that you want added to a memorial, please send details and DO include links to your SOURCES: I'm unlikely to make additions/links if I can't verify their accuracy. If I've made a mistake (including the creation of a duplicate memorial,) please let me know so that I can make corrections.
All requests for transfers, all suggestions, and all corrections MUST be sent via the edit tab on the memorial in question. If you need to write me at my email address about something else (e.g., a suggestion or correction I've sent you,) PLEASE include a copy of any relevant correspondence and a link to the memorial(s) in question.
If I've posted a cemetery photograph that you want to use on Ancestry, on another Find A Grave memorial, or for any similar purpose, please feel free to do so IF and ONLY IF you include a credit to the photographer (me.) You MUST get my express permission to use any of my photographs OTHER than those taken in cemeteries.

Thanks for stopping by my Mom's memorial. It is much appreciated. Kind regards and Happy Holidays!
All I am telling you, Ellen, is that you are are costing me extra money for research which I do not have. Never mind. I will contact Findgrave directly and explain my hardship and what you expect of contributors. Based on what you previously e-mailed me it does not matter if I send you a memorial name or number anyway.

I may get a little extra $$ at Christmas. I will spend it on the paperwork you wanted for proof of documentation on the memorial you refused to help me link. I have never had so much difficulty before on Findagrave. Have a nice season, Ellen.

thank you for your time and effort in locating and photographing Sellers/Sellars tombstones.
|Kelly G.||THANK YOU|
I'm so thrilled to receive the picture of the Kendall's. Thank you so much! I see you have another request looking for Charlie Kendall. Charlie was my fathers and grandfathers name sake. I can't seem to find my grandfather Charles Kendall who also died around 1980. Any sight of him in this cemetery would be a tremendous thrill for me.

Hi Ellen, Well I tried to find some info. on Mr. Bonner and no success. There are 3 non-endowed lawns at Greenwood. The chances are pretty slim of success there. But, leave him up. When I am able to make it out there, I will attempt to locate him. Sue
I know y--she has him buried in Riverside. Sue

Ellen, You almost always find the most interesting people to photograph and for me to research. I like digging and trying to think like they might have. Not always successful for sure, but still I enjoy the digging.
I had taken a photo of Edna H. Carpenter--we had some computer issues here at home. So, hopefully soon I will make it back out to Greenwood and retake Edna H. Carpenter
Just in case you were wondering. Sue
