I started adding memorials to findagrave because I believe that everyone should be remember, even if there's no one left to mourn. |
I'm adding memorials with headstone photos and obituary transcriptions for anyone buried in Fulton County, Indiana, that isn't already listed on findagrave. I'm also trying to create as many family links as possible.
I would be happy to answer any questions, add any information, correct any errors, or add any links. Please send verification with request. You can e-mail me directly, use the 'submit a correction' link or leave me a public message. It may take me a while to get back to you, so please be patient.
With permission, obituaries on the memorials that I've created have come from published obituary books written by retired Judge Wendell Tombaugh and his late wife Jean Cragun Tombaugh.
I would like to thank everyone who has sent corrections or additions for any of the memorials I've created as well as the contributors who have added information for my many requests. I appreciate each and every one of you.

Would you please transfer him to me too. I believe he is Benjamin Franklin. I have dates, etc.
He is in Jordan Cem., Argos, Marshall Co., IN
|Carolyn Ellis||Jane B. Personett|
Her birth date is Jul 11, 1837 in Darke Co., Ohio or you can transfer her and Samuel to me.
As you can see I have gotten rather involved with this Personett family. lol
|Carolyn Ellis||Elizabeth Personett|
Would you please transfer her to me, too? She is also buried in Jordan Cem., Argos, Marshall Co., Indiana.

April, I can't find a telephone number or contact information for a curator for Sycamore Cemetery. It might be easier to contact the IOOF Cemetery in Rochester. I know they have a telephone number and they can probably tell you whether or not George was moved or not. Sorry I couldn't help more. At this point, I can only assume that the obituaries are accurate as far as burial is concerned. If you find anything to the contrary, please let me know and I can change mine or delete it, whichever I need to do.

I believe James and J. M. are one and the same person.
|Carolyn Ellis||James & Hannah Personett|
Would you please transfer these 2 people to me? I am working on this family and I have more info to add.
I am related to these people through my mother-in-law.

April, I hope I am doing this right. Oscar was my Uncle by marriage. Aunt Ida and Aunt Ersa were my Dad's half sisters so I thought I'd send some correct info for you regarding "them".
Uncle Oscar was first married to:
Oscar Enyeart and Exia B. Slick Enyeart
1 daughter Roena
Oscar Enyeart and Ida May Sparks Enyeart
1 son Milo died
1 son Robert Wendall
1 daughter Constance Rivera (no s)
Oscar Enyeart and Ersa Sparks Kaley Enyeart
1 son Tad L.
1 son John J.
1 son Thomas S.
I thought they had 4 sons. I will check farther and if so, I will let you know. I will look up dates if you wish.
Thank you so very much for what all of you people do. I am friends with Kim White. She is my neighbor.

I am very glad to hear that someone is listing the cemetery. Of ALL the cemeteries I have walked, that one has the most beautiful markers I have seen.
