I have spent many years researching different branches of my family. I think Find a Grave is a great resource and I like to help.

I visit the cemetery and take pictures for all the memorials that I create. I try to take good photos with a good camera -not a cell phone- but it is not always possible because of the conditions, etc., to get a great picture.

If you get a better picture than mine, don't hesitate to let me know and I will remove my picture. I prefer to have only the best photo of a tombstone on the site in order to allow space for family to add family photos if they wish.

If a memorial I have added is part of your family, I will be happy to transfer.

James

RE: Frank Glomb
That definitely helps. Tillie is his wife Matilda and that's what I was looking for.

Thanks so much,

Tim

Hi. I have a question about the photo you took of Frank Glomb's marker. I'm trying to make out the name of the person buried with him but I can't make it out. I know his wife's name was Matilda but that's not what it looks like. If you have an idea of the name please let me know. I'm trying to connect several of their children on Find A Grave.

Thanks,

Tim

Well, looks like the other one is the dupe. I did not make the name of the cemetery myself. It was in the list of cemeteries when the memorial was added. Thanks for letting me know.
Have a nice day,

The above Memorial is of my 2nd great grandmother Louisa Schilhab. (Thank you for adding her) I was wondering if you know if her husband Joseph Schilhab died around 1911 is buried next to her and if so could you add a picture of his headstone to her site please.

Francisco Carrillo
James,

Thank you for the suggestion of 2-Taylor Catholic cemeteries. The City of Taylor also has a special section (set aside) for Catholic burials.

I would move Francisco Carrillo's memorial... but I have been unable to determine which of the 3-chatholic burial areas is the correct one. So far nothing matches.

Francisco's death certificate states: "Catholic burial in Taylor". The undertaker's address is also in Taylor. I know this 2-month old male infant's birth, death and burial dates plus burial town name.

I have been working on the Carrillo-Alejos family tree as an (unpaid) volunteer for an adoptee. Fortunately the adoptee's natural father (Joseph Carrillo... the twin of Francisco)... made a video of his family history before his death.

Once again... Thank You for the suggestion. Please keep an eye out just in case you stumble across something again.

Meantime I'll continue searching...

-Terry

Death certificates
I am researching a cemetery in Austin looking for death certificates. I am finding some of your memorials certificate. I would love for the info to get on the memorial. Family can learn so much from them. I can either e-mail them to you or post on the memorial as a pic. Let me know how you would like to do this.

serrato
the other david serrato memorial is not a dup it is his son. David the III. thanks for the cemetery correction. There is another dup of the cemetery listed in caldwell county that has 18 entries, so I thought I saw. you may want to let Find a Grave know so they can merge them thanks again
