This is a photo of my ggg grandmothers grave. I have never seen the grave. I really appreciate the person who took the photo. Thanks a lot.
It is my wish that I have entered someone you are looking for. If I have entered any one related to you and they are not related to me - I will be happy to transfer. My goal is not to see how many memorial I can create, but to help you find your love ones . I don't mean to offend anybody, the memorials are made so love ones can find their relatives. If I have entered anything incorrectly, I will be glad to correct.
Any and all information or pictures, I have uploaded, are meant for sharing. Family memories were meant to be passed on. I just don't understand anyone that thinks different. I think if you don't want to share, than don't put them on a public site. ------------------------------------------------- Today we walked where others walked On a lonely, windswept hill; Today we talked where other cried For Loved Ones whose lives are stilled.
Today our hearts were touched By graves of tiny babies; Snatched from the arms of loving kin, In the heartbreak of the ages.
Today we saw where the grandparents lay In the last sleep of their time; Lying under the trees and clouds - Their beds kissed by the sun and wind.
Today we wondered about an unmarked spot; Who lies beneath this hollowed ground? Was it a babe, child, young or old? No indication could be found.
Today we saw where Mom and Dad lay. We had been here once before On a day we'd all like to forget, But will remember forever more.
Today we recorded for kith and kin The graves of ancestors past; To be preserved for generations hence, A record we hope will last.
Cherish it, my friend; preserve it, my friend, For stones sometimes crumble to dust And generations of folks yet to come Will be grateful for your trust.

I noticed that you left flowers for Roy Massey who married Abbie Cordelia O'Neal.
My mother is an autosomal DNA match to John Silas O'Neal and Elizabeth Kendrick. My mother matches on the 4th cousin level to several other who are descendants of this couple. She matches on a 3rd Cousin level to a descendant of Roy Massey and Abbie Cordelia O'Neal, which means they have a 2nd grandparent in common.
I am hoping that you might be able to tell me line of descent of Abbie O'Neal, as it would help me narrow my search if I could establish which O'Neal son or daughter my mother descends from.
It is likely that she descends from John Houston O'Neal or George Washington O'Neal.
Ancestry shows that she matches 5 out of 6 members in the DNA circle for Nancy Elizabeth Fouts, 7 out of 11 members in the DNA circle for Barzilla Staten and 7 out of 10 members in the DNA circle for Catherine Watson. Because of this, I am having a hard time pinpointing my mother's line in the tree.
She is also matching to James L. Permenter and Loucrecy Rhodes. They had a daughter named Laura Permenter who married Sam Staten, a descendant of Barzilla Staten and Catherine Watson. Complicating matters is Quarterman Barzilla Staten who married Theresa Malloy, who had a daughter named Elizabeth Cinderella Staten, who married George Washington O'Neal. However, I have not been able to figure out where my mother would fit in either line of descent.
Thank you for links added. Thank you so very much for adding my recent links to my Gose family. Your bio was wonderful and I feel exactly the same way about my research. It is a service that helps so many people and I am proud to be a part of it. Thank you again!
95104656 Mary Elizabeth Gariepy Barkley Thank you for memorializing my grandmother. She is not buried at Citizen's Cemetery in Clarendon, but cremated (as she wished) and her ashes are in my sister's possession. Her husband was Arthur Lee Barkley, buried in Panhandle, Tx. I believe her son, Howard Wayne Barkley is buried there also. Marilyn Kay Skelton (my mother), her daughter, is buried at Citizen's Cemetery in Clarendon. I hope this information is helpful.
