The cemetery listing gives his birth as April 1, 1907 and his death as July 26, 1997. I hope to make the trip to Crown View this weekend or next.

I uploaded photos of his grave markers. Do you have any other Lashley's buried in the same cemetery? There were 3 Lashley's buried within very close proximity to him. I also noted that you were researching Moncrief's from Georgia and Alabama. Is one of those a Labon or Johnathan David Moncrief? My husband's family is the Moncrief's and they are also from Georgia and Alabama.
