Bio Photo Hello - We got the Genealogy BUG in 1977 - been at IT ever since. Just found Findagrave (2009)- LOVE it. Has given me answers as well as created questions. Bill is working on Southern Varner's & all their connections from PA & NC. Bobbye with some cousins has been working on all 13 children of Jacob Shadrach Champion, who died in 1832 in SC. As well as Robert Taliaferro & Thomas Boulware lines of VA. Thanks to all the Findagrave people who have helped us and drop a line if we can help you.

Thank you so very much for this important transfer and for all your generous work! I have gone to work on him. I especially appreciate the transfer because it was a discretionary one; however, if you look at his memorial now, you will see that I have a great deal to offer my family genealogically. Having some old-timers with me and cooperative cousins and records helps too.

Kindest Regards to Ya'll - Nancy

RE: Obits & Linkings

Yes, I did leave out portions of the obits. I already knew the circumstances of these events, as I'm sure all the close kin know. As you said, anyone who is really interested in the family can locate this information themselves. I saw no reason to post the information here for the unrelated and merely curious.

Thanks for sending the obits, I think they relay a feeling for the deceased that is not obtained from a short biography.

RE: Comanche County, Texa
Yes, I am related.
Loudermilk, Taylor, McGinnis, and Reeds are my direct names on my Dad's side. Then all those cousins!!! I tend to add corrections to the lines I am working on, at the time I find them. That way if anyone else is searching it's easier for them.
